The place was clean, aesthetic, affordable & the food was excellent! Plus, the service was so good & they even offered hair ties & wipes for glasses! Highly recommended hot pot place filled with numerous options!

We were served by our waitress Emily who was phenomenal! Really just the sweetest, incredibly nice & checked on us frequently! The staff is amazing & so generous. We shared some laughs & the food was just of the highest quality & flavor. Delicious! Would recommended 10/10
had an amazing dinner at Haidilao this past Sunday night with some friends, & I can't recommend it enough. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. We were lucky to have Ghali as our server, & he truly made the experience exceptional.
Ghali was incredibly helpful, attentive, & kind he gave us great recommendations (everything he suggested was absolutely delicious), made sure we had everything we needed at all times, & even informed us about the available discounts. He answered all our questions with a smile & made us feel genuinely welcomed & cared for throughout the meal.
As for the food absolutely delicious, Fresh ingredients, rich flavors, & so many options to choose from & the sauce bar a huge necesity to anyone planning a visiste there.
A big thank you to the team for such a wonderful evening. I'll definitely be coming back soon.

I had a lovely time! This location was very accommodating of English speakers, as well as French. I was dining alone, so my server offered me a meal with their mascot! Very kind & funny of them-absolutely recommend this location!
Warm & Friendly**: Thank Zhi Jun.Her bright smile & cheerful attitude made us feel so welcome! She patiently explained the menu & even recommended the perfect spice level for our hot pot.
We went there for my birthday, everyone was very friendly. Service was quick & our server Adam had a great attention to detail, picking up our plates & bowls that were empty & very approachable. Would definitely recommend & will be returning. There was a special surprise for my birthday & it was the cherry on top on terms of experience.

Amazing service provided by Coco & Oliver. We were very quickly seated & taken care of. The food was one of a kind. An amazing culinary & service experience overall. I will definitely be coming again shortly. Highly recommend.

Oliver was awesome ! First time for our family & he was so nice & helpful ! Food amazing & the strawberry coconut milk drink to die ! Highly recommended👌
Nice place to try at least once in your life. The food & service is excellent. The ambiance is not relax at all, crowded with people & staff running around. They don't serve alcool & you can't bring your own. The overall experience was interesting. I would recommand going with a group, not a date, it's not romantic at all;)
This has to be the best hotpot restaurant in Montreal, located in one of the most walkable street right in downtown St Catherine. The place is clean & classy & offers really great food at the right price. Service was great, it was fast & really attentive, thank you Fanta for explaining everything & being very welcoming! Food was really good from meat to vegetables all extremely fresh, lots of items available on the menu. There is also a sauce stand available for a small extra, all the sauces were presented very cleanly & freshly prepared. Fried pork was one of the favorite dishes, the spicy soup base is REALLY spicy so pick it only if you're prepared! Honestly highly recommended.
Service super bon & rapide, nourriture excellente. Juste petit point, pas vraiment un resto pour être tranquille, beaucoup de famille avec enfants. Mais sinon c'était vraiment super je recommande fortement!
