Les sushi étaient tout simplement délicieux... L'ambiance agréable avec les projections des écrans... & c'est la 1ere fois que j'ai eu un service aussi exceptionnel dans un restaurant de sushi... Anglais ou français je n'ai pas eu de problème. Sam notre serveur était vraiment là pour nous servir... Je reviendrais !
Super ambiance, un mélange de zen & d'anime, & des sushis de très bonne qualité & un service très rapide. Il faudra que je revienne pour tester le barbecue japonais, mais le sushi est rentré dans mon top 3 a Montréal !

The place looks nice. It's not for everyone. It's a cheap all you can eat. If you are coming for junk food. Fried stuff covered in sauce & you are not too picky on freshness you may find your fill for about 50$+drinks. If you are looking for sushi this is not the place. The fish in as not fresh we got diarrhea the next day. We came back home hungry since it is served one piece at a time with a 15 minute intervals between each bite. About half of what we ordered never arrived at the table. We ended up giving up on receiving the last part of the meal as we were tired of waiting. Not worth the hype. If you want sushi go to a real sushi restaurant. If you are coming for the sitting in a place with projections then ok. Note there is no alcohol as of mid April.
Le restaurant n'offre pas de boissons alcoolisées puisqu'ils n'ont pas leur permis d'alcool alors que ce n'est pas clairement indiqué sur leur site internet. Difficile d'être servies en français.
I recommend Miss Everen for her excellent service to our table very accommodating happy kind & for her helpful service. & the food is very fresh & good taste.
the server was so very nice & kind, i really like how they talk to you in such a calm voice & especially to the one who accomodate us. Her name is Evren & she is so kind & pleasant. Highly recommended to come here again with friends or family.
Oh wow, what an experience! The staff is very efficient & sweet, the food is amazing, service is great & the ambiance is unique. I will come back that's a certainty! ❤?
My friend & I went for lunch while I was in Montreal. We love sushi & have had issues finding really good sushi place. Well. We found one. We will definitelly be returning in the future. From the atmosphere to the food to the service, everything hit the check boxes we were looking for.
We went upstairs tonthe sushi bar. We will try thr BBQ on the main level next time.

Cest tres beau, excellent concept, server d'une gentilesse inouie ( adorable) des petits robot server, pas aussi techno qu'on s'avait imaginer mais tres style. Nous sommes allé au deuxième étage ou c'est sushis a volonté, tres bon qualité & bon prix. Endroit genial en famille.
Le concept est original & le lieu a du potentiel, mais l'expérience ne suit clairement pas la hype.
Déjà, gros problème d'hygiène : les toilettes étaient dans un état inacceptable (sales, avec des traces de selles), alors qu'on était parmi les premiers clients du service de 17h… ça met direct mal à l'aise.
Ensuite, la nourriture : c'était correct, mais vraiment pas exceptionnel. Les makis étaient très mal présentés, presque bâclés, ce qui n'aide pas du tout à donner envie.
Le service est aussi à revoir : plus de 20 minutes d'attente entre chaque commande, ce qui casse complètement le rythme du repas. & pour finir, certains plats sont arrivés en moins… sans explication.
Bref, c'est'bon mais pas ouf'. L'endroit est sympa sur le papier, mais clairement pas au niveau de sa réputation.
We went yesterday for my stepdad's birthday & were presently surprised. The decor was amazing. It was very immersive & intimate & we were captivated by the projections on the walls & floors. It is a visually stunning place.
When it came to the food, we usually go to other AYCE sushi places nearby, & our favorite before was Manga Sushi, but Taiyo was just so much better! All of the food was extremely flavourful & fresh. Not a single item wasn't fresh. We very much enjoyed everything that we ordered.
Our only slight complaint was the time that it took to make the sushi rolls we ordered. We ordered some & they showed up 20-30 minutes later, but we get that they're in their'soft opening' as mentioned when walking in, so we expected some slight delays.
Our waitress, Rochelle/Rachelle was an absolute sweetheart & was very helpful in explaining how things worked & in refilling our water regularly & in clearing our plates promptly. We will definitely be returning!
Ce restaurant il vient d'ouvrir à Montréal & il faut 100% aller l'essayer! C'est délicieux & le service est incroyable! Je suis aller hier soir pour célébrer l'anniversaire de mon ami & les 2 on a été super satisfait, cela a dépasser nos attentes! Merci beaucoup à Sam aussi pour son excellent service dans le all you can eat sushi, super charismatique, sociable, gentil & toujours attentif. Sam a une excellente énergie, surtout pour une journée super occupé, il était plus que à 100%! Il nous a même fait rire, nous a conseiller des plats, franchement c'est rare un bon service à la clientèle dernièrement à Montréal mais Sam c'était excellent, j'ecrit très rarement des Google Reviews, mais celui ci méritait 10000% son excellent review si je pouvais donner + que 5 étoiles je le ferais, merci beaucoup Sam, tu est le meilleur! Très accessible en métro le restaurant aussi, la nourriture & le concept est excellent, dans le All You Can Eat je recommande fortement de tout essayer spécialement les sashimis & bouchées de fromage frit.
