Welcome to Taiyo Cité, a brand-new Japanese dining complex offering a unique culinary experience across multiple floors. Enjoy our all-you-can-eat Japanese BBQ on the first floor, indulge in all-you-can-eat sushi on the second, and soak up the lively atmosphere of our Izakaya & Bar on the third. Honestly our experience last night was AMAZING. The restaurant is just so aesthetically pleasing & theres just so many choices from the menu that you'll never get bored. In total there are supposed to be 3 floors to the experience.

First Floor: AYCE JBBQ
Second: AYCE Sushi
Third: Izakaya (not open yet, at the time of writing)

The place so far is in'soft launch' mode, so it is worth noting that, at the time I'm writing this, they do not have their liquor license yet so alcohol is not yet available on the menu. But please don't let that deter you from going now, or later in a month or two when it is.

Not only are the visuals stunning but the conveyor belt system for delivering the meats to the table & the little train that brought certain appetizers was honestly just so innovative & cute that our group was in awe.

Menu options are amazing. The meats were pretty good as far as most JBBQs/KBBQs go in Montreal as well but the real star were the diverse menu options available for all of us to try, even a limited but not small selection for Sushi in the BBQ floor.

We went last night for a friend's birthday, & the staff were also super friendly & accommodating & seeing as we left at he end of the night, offered to even change the visuals on their screens for us to take a group photo.

10/10 would come here again, amazing experience!

Super bon!! Nous étions dans la section BBQ! Il y avait des petits trains (le notre ne semblait pas fonctionner 😞) & les animations étaient vraiment bien. Le service était impeccable & il y avait un menu original. Je recommande
Il y avait beaucoup de monde. Même si sur internet il n'y avait pas de place & que nous avions appelé. Nous avons essayé sur place & ils nous ont trouvé une table en 15 min

We discovered this restaurant while looking for somewhere to eat downtown & decided to give it a try. The food was really fresh & savory. It had a futuristic atmosphere with robots & little trains serving you the food. The service was really good, our bbq wasn't working & they were extremely attentive & changed us tables, & even gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Would definitely come back with friends!
