Here, the objective is simple: to introduce guests to a whole new world of tastes and sensations. Taking advantage of the best that the Quebec region and its artisans have to offer.

In winter, the Refuges du Bivouac offer to set up a camp for an evening under a beautifully decorated and heated dome that can accommodate up to 10 people, in the heart of the entertainment district.

The beef tartare was spectacular, but the carpaccio is something else. TRY THE CARPACCIO. We didn't order a main course, we had 2 carpaccios instead - that was how awesome it was. I also loved the beautiful lady who served us. She was so kind & spoke in French with me all the time once she realized I really wanted that. We loved everything ❤?.

Super resto ! Très bonne bouffe, bon service & tout était vraiment très bon, autant les entrées que les plats. On a particulièrement aimé les tartares & le saumon mi-cuit. Une super adresse, je reviendrai !

An upscale dining spot with a fantastic ambiance & sleek, modern decor. The beef tartare was top-tier, perfectly seasoned & well-balanced. The fish dish was equally impressive, cooked to perfection with great flavor & presentation. The service was great, attentive, friendly, & seamless throughout the meal. Mon mari & moi sommes allés à Bivouac pour une soirée en amoureux pendant nos vacances à Montréal.

Le cadre y sublime & intimiste ; les plats généreux, aux sauces délicieuses (nous avons pris la poutine & la pièce de boeuf) ; les cocktails alléchants ; & l'équipe de service souriante & attentionnée. Bref, nous nous sommes régalés & recommanderions l'adresse sans hésiter !

Toutefois, un hic... nous sommes tout deux tombés malades à cause de la climatisation ! Nous avons ainsi repris notre avion tout reniflant toussant & crevés. Pour éviter cette mésaventure à d'autres touristes français (ou issus de pays où l'AC n'est pas coutume) peut être pourriez vous proposer au moment du placement des tables avec ou sans climatisation directe ?

Une expérience gastronomique inoubliable! Les plats sont sophistiqués, raffinés & exquis! Je vous recommande une table proche de la cuisine ouverte (si vous aimez voir l'action de la cuisine). Aussinon, leur concept de bulles extérieures (sur la terrasse) durant la saison hivernale valait le détour!
