Montreal Chinatown institution Dobe & Andy has officially opened a new counter at Time Out Market Montréal, bringing its iconic Cantonese barbecue to the heart of downtown at the Eaton Centre.
Known for serving comforting Hong Kong style cuisine for more than four decades, the family-run restaurant is now offering some of its most popular dishes to a wider audience. Guests can enjoy classics such as Char Siu pork, crispy roasted pork belly, lacquered duck leg, homemade wontons, Mapo Tofu, and traditional Hong Kong milk tea.
Originally founded by Andy Ku in the 1980s, Dobe & Andy has become a staple of Montreal's culinary scene thanks to its traditional recipes and long-standing expertise in Cantonese barbecue. Today, Eric Ku and Webster Galman continue the family legacy while bringing a modern touch to the restaurant's heritage.
The opening further expands the diverse culinary lineup at Time Out Market Montréal, which continues to showcase some of the city's top food destinations under one roof.
