This is my third summer in Montreal, but my first visit to this restaurant. It came highly recommended & deservedly so. Our server was fantastic, explaining how the menu worked & how the suggested portions might be ordered. We had three full courses plus an intermezzo break of sorbet between the second & third course. We also opted for the dessert: the crème brûlée was phenomenal. The menu changes often & that just gives guests more opportunities to explore the amazing work their chef does with local ingredients. In short, this was the best meal I've had in Montreal. Full stop.
