I've dined here several times & it's consistently been a great experience - the food is outstanding, beautifully presented, & the overall concept, atmosphere, & ambiance are truly top-notch. It's a place I've always enjoyed & recommended.
However, my experience last night was disappointing. We arrived about 15 minutes late due to difficulty finding parking, & were immediately informed that we would only be allowed to stay for two hours. Considering our bill came to around $400, this felt inappropriate & frankly very embarrassing, as we had invited friends.
I completely understand the need for reservations & timing, but communicating it in that way took away from what is otherwise a high-quality dining experience. It's not something I would expect from a restaurant of this caliber, & it unfortunately lowered the overall impression.
I hope this is something that can be reconsidered in the future, as it doesn't reflect the level of service the rest of the experience delivers.

Très belle découverte avec un excellente expérience gustatives de produits de saisons & locaux avec une ambiance chaleureuse & service impeccable. A découvrir fortement, vous ne serez pas déçu.
This is the best meal I've eaten in 2026. Each dish was so unique, well balanced, & refreshing. We started with a sea urchin topped with a spinach foam that was both earthy & briny. The snow crab tart was delicious & the leeks are not to be missed. The smoked yogurt accompanying the sunchokes was incredibly memorable. & the Mai take mushrooms were the star of the meal full of so much flavor & umami, it was a perfect dish.
Définitivement dans le top 5 de mes meilleures expériences culinaire à vie.
Je n'ai pas assez de mots pour décrire à quel point c'était délicieux. Je recommande sans hésiter à quiconque aime découvrir des nouveaux plats & des nouvelles saveurs de tenter l'expérience. 😙👌 service impecable & belle ambiance également
Petits plats tous plus délicieux les uns que les autres... Sans parler des desserts, le granité de concombre est surprenant mais tellement délicieux! Excellent service, belle ambiance, ...

Très belle soirée passée au restaurant. Les plats sont originaux & bien présentés. Le service est bien & chaleureux. Ce fut une bonne expérience que je recommande à tous !
Went as a group & we had the group menu & man was it worth it. Everything was soo delicious. They offered us the bread & homemade maple butter 🤤🤤, so good. The staff was so friendly, helpful & made us feel welcome. Love the ambiance of, as well. I had the Tartarre d'agneau, as an entree, Agneau à Dominic Roxton-Fall as main course & Crème Brûlée à l'érable & man, they were all delicious. Highly recommend going there.
Nous sommes des habitués chez O'Thym mais notre première fois à la nouvelle adresse.
Tout était parfait comme d'habitude.
Peut-être un peu bruyant mais ça donne de l'atmosphère 😁
C'est la 2e fois que je vais dans ce magnifique restaurant & l'expérience était encore une fois au rendez-vous & encore même meilleur que la première fois, précédemment c'était dans l'ancienne localisation sur maisonneuve & maintenant sur atateken & l'endroit est vraiment magnifique & beaucoup plus grand, les plats sont magnifiquement présentés & délicieux, jai eu un coup de coeur pour les plats du moment ; la tartelette style soupe au pois & les poireaux torché mais bien évidemment tout les autres plats étaient divain. Une adresse abordable & délicieuse je recommande absolument.
