The experience here was quite disappointing. After being seated, I waited nearly 10 minutes before someone came to explain the buffet menu. Even then, the explanation was unclear, & I was left confused about how vegetables were included in the buffet options & wasn't told I should get vegetables from the self-help station.
The service overall was very minimal & lacked attention to detail. No one asked about allergies or dietary restrictions, which is a very basic expectation in a dining setting. Additionally, I was not provided with separate food tongs for handling raw meat, which felt unprofessional & raised concerns about food safety & hygiene standards. I was also served shrimp without being provided gloves to peel them, which made the dining experience inconvenient & uncomfortable. This is a small but important detail that reflects the overall lack of attentiveness in service.
Overall, the service did not meet the level of professionalism expected from a restaurant experience.

The service is really good I went for my birthday & Steven the guy in the third floor helped us so much, especially my mom & brother who were there for the first time. Definitely 10 out of 10!
Une bonne expérience partagée en famille. L'accueil est chaleureux & le service est attentionné.?La fondue est délicieuse, variée & personnalisable à l'infini, un vrai voyage culinaire. La prochaine fois j'explore davantage le bar à sauce! Petite précision, le bouillon'épicé standard' est déjà à un bon niveau 🔥

I had a pleasant experience at Haidilao for my birthday. They celebrated with the staff & offered dessert, which was very nice… especially if you come in a big group. :)
Don't forget the secret codes! Overall, it was a great experience, & the food is delicious. Don't forget to check out their Instagram for their monthly promotions, it's so worth it!
As always, haidilao never missed! It's super good & the meat is the best quality you can find for a Chinese hot pot in Montreal. Ou server Will, was the best & very accommodating all evening! I recommend 100%!!
Had a really good experience overall. The service was great - staff were friendly & attentive, especially Will, who helped with bringing sauces & serving dishes, which made everything much easier. The food was tasty & the ingredients felt fresh. The sauce bar also had a wide variety of options, which I really liked. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience. Would definitely recommend.
