J'ai apprécié mon passage au Haidilao & j'en remercie l'établissement. Par chance, c'est un frère connaisseur qui m'y a invitée & qui m'a accompagnée dans la compréhension des mets proposés à la carte. La sensation de voyager aux tropiques que procure ce restaurant!!! À mon grand bonheur, j'y ai mangé des légumes racines réconfortants & les bouillons piquants étaient savoureux à petites doses 🥵😅. Le buffet d'agréments est un délice pour les yeux offrant des opportunités de'foodporn' rarement concevables. Je veux & vais y retourner pour l'amour de la découverte👅💜🧡
LES MANGUES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ce serait un péché de ne pas les commander. Elles étaient douces, sucrées, juteuses, froides & de vrais bonbons naturels. J'aurais pu croire qu'on venait de les cueillir dans les Antilles & qu'on les avait entreposées au réfrigérateur pour se rapprocher timidement de l'expérience sensorielle que procure un sorbet. (C'était beaucoup mieux qu'une glace d'ailleurs!) Je ne les oublierai pas tout comme je me rappellerai de Luo & de l'équipe serviable qui nous ont accueilli avec politesse & en beauté (vous auriez dû voir les bijoux, d'une créativité sobre, complexe & élégante).
Pour l'ambiance & l'espace, j'ai été ravie de pouvoir ranger mon sac & mon casque de vélo dans le rangement du siège. 😯Sehr Praktisch! J'aime les entreprises qui valorisent le confort physique de la clientèle contrairement aux bars qui ne pensent toujours pas à installer des repose -sac sous les comptoirs 🧐😝 Le design intérieur donne l'impression d'être dans une capsule, a dit mon frères. C'est vrai que j'avais l'impression d'être dans un delicatessen de centre commercial des années 80, des couleurs grises, lilacs & beiges contrastes grandement avec l'éclat des aliments.

Where to begin! From when we were seated till we left the doors, our whole experience was exceptional thanks to Carine! She gave amazing suggestions, & our time here was as pleasant as can be all thanks to her! The food was great!

Amazing experience! The service was easily 5 stars & probably some of the best I've ever had. The staff went above & beyond, they peeled our shrimp, skimmed the broth throughout the meal, & kept topping it up whenever needed. It really made the experience feel special.
We did the all-you-can-eat option, which gave us access to the sauce bar & fridge, & we had a blast. Everything we tried was fresh & delicious, & honestly, I don't have anything negative to say. I'll definitely be back!
