Parfait de A à Z ! Mais quel belle expérience! La nourriture & les bouillons était excellant. Mercii pour le bon service de Kévin, c'est sûr qu'on revient à nouveau 😌🫶🏼
We had a great experince here, the buffet option was economical & had many items to choose from. The service provided by attendant Steven was excellent, he was pretty extremely nice & helpful when needed.

I booked a table two days before my birthday & specifically asked for birthday decorations & a little celebration. The restaurant confirmed they would arrange it.
But when I arrived on the day, there was no decoration at all. Later, as it got busier, I ordered noodles & ended up waiting almost 20 minutes. I also had to ask before someone finally came to sing the birthday song.
When I asked for someone to take photos, they rushed through a few quick shots & left. & the promised small gifts? Never received.
Overall, a very underwhelming experience compared to what Haidilao is known for. Hope they improve their follow-through on special requests.

Je vais peut-être aller à contre-courant des tendances mais notre expérience a été mitigée. Le décor est ordinaire, rien de spécial. La nourriture est bonne, les bouillons aussi. Le bar à sauces est très appréciable. & on a aimé le petit à-côté offert avec le mot de passe! Par contre c'est une place assez dispendieuse, & au niveau du service nous avons attendu nos légumes & nos nouilles presque une heure! Alors certes le gars doit faire sa danse des nouilles partout dans le resto, ça je comprends, mais pour les légumes ça prend juste quelques secondes à amener de la cuisine.
Nous donnerons peut-être une seconde chance mais à date ce n'est pas la meilleure place de fondue à Montréal.
Went on a busy Sunday night for AYCE & had an amazing time. Steven gave the best service we've ever had at this Haidilao location by far out of the many times we've been since their opening & even ended our night with a free hot pot broth gift. Thank you for the amazing service Steven!!

Première expérience pour nous. Superbe découverte. Nous n'aurions jamais profiter autant de l'expérience dans notre serveur Steven. Il a pris le temps de très bien nous expliquer le concept/les ingrédients.

Cathy made our visit unforgettable! Her service was exceptional - attentive, friendly, & always one step ahead. This is exactly why Haidilao stands out from the rest. Will definitely be back, & hoping to get Cathy as our server again!
Friendly servers & great service overall. As expected from Haidilao, the food was delicious. I made a reservation in advance, & the meat actually felt fresher compared to other locations. Highly recommend.
