Oh my god this is the best after hour place, it closes late & i love it. Pour les québécois un bon endroit aussi pour des diners en famille ou un date, le forfait 50$ est en masse pour une personne, je vous recommande le melon d'eau aussi. ENJOY

J'ai personnellement toujours eu une très belle expérience dans ce restaurant, je suis toujours impressionné par la qualité de ce qu'on reçoit !
Mon amie & moi avons pris la formule semi-buffet & c'était très bien !
Deux choix de viande'prime'
Ensuite 6 autres choix de viande + les légumes dans le petit frigo qu'on peut se servir soi-même !
Les serveurs sont toujours très attentionné & présent!
Je recommande de chercher les phrases mystère pour avoir divers avantages/ Cadeaux 👀🥰

Service was excellent! They can serve both in English or French. Server was smiling & really helpful.
Food is delicious & friendly to new customers.
I would recommend for anyone who want to try hotpot for the first time.

Did the à la carte, quarter broth option. Amazing food (fresh, decent portions, tasty soup, loots of sauce ingredients), our very kind & helpful server Roy made the Haidilao experience memorable. Would definitely recommend this place!

I visited this hot pot restaurant yesterday & unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

The service was poorly organized. The staff did not seem well trained & could not clearly explain the menu or pricing. Service was slow throughout the meal. One of our dishes was completely forgotten by the kitchen & only arrived after we reminded them. By that point, we were almost finished eating. No apology or explanation was offered.

The prices were extremely high. Compared with similar hot pot restaurants, the cost was about twice as much, yet the food quality & service did not justify the price. Portions were small & the overall value was poor.

The food itself was average at best. The fish maw chicken soup had a large amount of foam floating on top, making it look more like a pre-made soup base than a freshly prepared broth.

The dining area was also very cramped, with tables packed closely together. What concerned me most was the noodle-pulling performance. During the show, the noodles were repeatedly swung around & did touch the floor, yet they were still placed directly into the hot pot. This raised serious concerns about food hygiene.

Overall, the service, food quality, atmosphere, & value for money all fell well below expectations. For the price charged, I expected a much better experience.

I will not be returning & would not recommend this restaurant.
