Rather than operating as a traditional farm-to-table destination, the space feels more like a beautiful agricultural and community-driven project deeply rooted in seasonality and product quality. Every Thursday starting at 4 p.m., visitors can explore the on-site farmers market to shop for fresh vegetables, early harvest products and seasonal produce in a peaceful setting surrounded by a pond and wooded areas. A beautiful place to reconnect with Quebec's terroir and local agriculture.
