Wow magnifique! Tout est succulent au menu 😋 les pains artisanaux & les viennoiseries. L'ambiance est si agréable & conviviale. Il y a une belle terrasse extérieure en nature. Johanne, la proprio, est super accueillante...Merci la vie!

Les prix sont ridicules par rapport à la quantité (l'excuse des produits de qualité à des limites). Le petit side de patates à 15$ en est le meilleur exemple. Je trouve que ces prix exorbitants sont une drôle de façon de remercier la communauté qui a sauvé votre business lors de votre campagne de financement.
La goutte qui a fait déborder le vase est arrivée à la buvette Laurentides. Ils vendaient un ceviche au saumon & pétoncle à 21$. Je le reçois & il n'y a aucun pétoncle. Je suis allée les revoir & ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'en avaient pas pour le moment. J'ai eu l'impression qu'ils ont essayé de m'en passer une petite vite. Ils auraient pu me le dire avant la vente. Ils étaient sensés m'en donner quand ils en auraient, mais nous avons dû partir avant. Bref, ça rajoute au sentiment qu'ils profitent des gens!
La nourriture était bonne. Néanmoins, j'ai mentionné avoir été opérée des dents & j'ai demandé à remplacer le toast grillé par une pita, qui était mieux pour moi. On m'a dit que ce n'était pas possible (première fois qu'on me dit ça sur un simple rosti), mais qu'on peut le mettre en extra. J'ai donc dit ok, je m'attendais à payer quelques dollars de plus comme 3-4, surtout que la serveuse ne m'a rien dit. Ils m'ont facturé la pita au complet, 7$ !! J'ai pas trouvé ça très correct pour être honnête. Donc si vous avez une condition qui vous empêche de manger un rosti, attendez vous à n'avoir aucun geste de leur part.
Depuis quelques temps, les prix ont largement augmenté (on le comprend) mais la quantité est devenu ridicule. Je ne viens pas là pour manger de la gastronomie mais plutôt pour bien manger...

I initially chose to contact Merci la vie privately rather than leave a public review because I wanted to give them the opportunity to address the situation directly. Unfortunately, I never received any response, acknowledgment, or follow-up, which is why I'm now sharing my experience publicly.
Our visit was disappointing from start to finish. We waited a long time to be seated, & then had to ask for menus ourselves because no one came to our table. It also took quite a while before our order was taken.
Once our order was finally placed, we were told that two dishes were unavailable due to a lack of pita, & staff later admitted they had forgotten part of our order. We also had to remind them that we had ordered drinks. When the drinks finally arrived, they were served at the same time as our meals, meaning I ended up drinking my coffee with my main course, which wasn't ideal. On top of that, my friend received the wrong drink.
The food itself was average, but the overall service experience was extremely disappointing - enough that nearby tables were commenting on the situation as well.
What made the experience even more frustrating was that when we stopped at the counter on our way out, we noticed multiple pitas displayed in the pastry case, despite being told earlier that pita shortages were the reason certain dishes could not be served.
I understand that busy days & mistakes happen, which is exactly why I chose to email privately first instead of posting publicly. Had there been any acknowledgment, apology, or attempt to follow up, my final impression likely would have been very different.

A fantastic lunch in this region. It's a seasonal menu, & very creative.
I had the chicken pita (their bread, any bread, is delicious).
There was a queue for takeaway baked goods from the moment we arrived to 2 hours later when we finished our meal, on a Sat late afternoon. There's also outdoor seating & a full restaurant in the back (where we dined).
Un accueil chaleureux pour notre première visite. Nous avons apprécié la présentation & les saveurs des plats. Une impression de voyager à travers la nourriture. Nous y retournerons assurément. ☺?
Par contre, le temps d'attente pour recevoir nos plats était un peu long (30-40 minutes) pour un dîner un jour de semaine avec peu de clients sur place.
Belle découverte dans le nord. Magnifique endroit, parfait pour s'arreter bruncher avant de reprendre la route à vélo, à deux pas de la piste du petit train du nord. Rack à velo disponible. Pas trop d'attente pour un samedi Produits de qualité, pas trop sucré. Le prix est plus cher qu'ailleurs, ça m'a couté 44$ pour un café & le desayuno, mais tout etait délicieux. Je recommande.
