This week in May 2025, the prestigious Canada's 100 Best list 2025 revealed its annual ranking of the country's top restaurants.
29 establishments from Quebec made the list this year, including several located in the Montreal area.

According to the Canada's 100 Best website, the 2025 edition is based on votes from a record-setting jury of 160 members. The panel includes a balanced mix of informed enthusiasts, journalists, critics, chefs, restaurateurs, and food service professionals.
Each member submitted a list of their top ten dining experiences from 2024. The selection process focused primarily on food quality, while also considering service, design, and the wine list.
Restaurants that earned the strongest support secured a place in this prestigious ranking.
