Gia is a fun place to go to when in Montreal. It's tucked behind an old industrial building on Lenoir that houses high tech startups & it exudes that vibe. The food is Italian & very, very good. Inventive & comforting at the same time. Our service was terrific. They have ample parking in the back. I saw a sign that said it was one of the best 100 restaurants in Canada & I can see why.

Belle ambiance, bonne bouffe & bon vin! On a passé une super belle soirée au Gia, tout était délicieux, plats, cocktaiks, vin & dessert. Vraiment une belle découverte :)

Une superbe découverte imprévue. Idéalement situé au pied de l'autoroute tout en restant au calme, cet établissement coche toutes les cases : une cuisine raffinée, une sélection de vins remarquable & un service aux petits soins. Profiter de leur jolie terrasse est un vrai bonheur. Félicitations à toute l'équipe pour ce sans-faute. À très bientôt !

2026 June: mushroom pasta was kinda basic but everything else was great including arosticini, steak, focaccia, crab salad was delicious. Tiramisu & espresso martini were great too. Enjoyed the terrasse.
2024: service was still excellent. Music was better. Lamb arrosticini, eggplant, fennel salad, & pici pasta with ragu were delicious. Great presentation overall. Suggested wine pairing worked well. Agua Di Gia cocktail was a bit boring.
2022: Friendly & efficient service. Great wine recommendations. Shared the lamb & beef arrosticini, the eggplant, the artichoke, the lamb sausage, & the duck tartare. All were unique & delicious. Music & decor could be a little more interesting, but overall a fantastic experience.

Omg amazing food. Green beans with basil pesto & the crudo fish was superb. I had pasta with eggplant which was cooked to perfection. The fish croquettes amazing & the Fiorentina was cooked to perfection
