Just had a lovely time with my wife celebrating our 23rd anniversary. Geneviève the waitress was really nice & friendly. Good was very good as well (could be a bit more copious though :-))

Still my favorite fine dining restaurant in Montreal. The food, service, & atmosphere are always exceptional, which is why we keep coming back for anniversaries & birthdays.

One dessert in particular has stayed in my memory for years: the lavender dessert I had during my first visit to Bouillon Bilk (photo attached at the end). It was one of the most elegant & unforgettable desserts I've ever had, delicate, smooth, creative, & genuinely surprising in the best way.

I still think about it today, & I truly hope the chef remembers this masterpiece & might consider bringing it back to the menu someday. It would be such a joy to experience it again.

Meilleure expérience de restaurant que jai eu à Montréal, on y est allé le midi le menu table d'hôte 60$. Le pain est INCLU dans le service.

Deuxième fois au Bouillon Bilk, mais la première dans le nouveau local! C'est bien mieux qu'avant!

On a pris le 5 services & bien qu'il y ait eu un 40 min d'attente avant d'avoir le premier service, on a bien apprécié notre expérience & la qualité des plats.

We tried the 5 course meal, a few cocktails & the veal for dinner. It was nicely portioned, the flavours were amazing & the service was top notch.

A lot of the dishes were'raw' so heads up for anyone who doesn't like that kind of dishes.

The noodle dish was so amazing, I still miss it
