Nous avons fêté notre 30è anniversaire de rencontre à ce restaurant. Nous avons été impressionné par notre expérience. Autant à l'accueil, que la sommelière, notre serveuse , la description des plats. Nous avons opté pour un accord mets vins canadiens pour mon conjoint & mets sans alcool dans mon cas. Tout était parfait ,une belle mixologie de la part de la sommelière qui a su me faire découvrir des petits cocktails hors du commun qui s'accordait parfaitement avec mes plats. Les plats parlons-en ils sont divins , un parfait mélange de saveur & de texture dans la bouche. Nous avons opté pour le menu dégustation 5 services. Chacun des plats est expliqué en détail pour que nous puissions vivre notre expérience pleinement ainsi que la sommelière qui vient tout juste avant l'arrivé du plat ,nous expliquer chacun des vins & sa provenance.
Toute les saveurs étaient exquises. & pour le plat final un dessert exquis au chocolat & nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une belle surprise aux framboises en surplus(moi qui adore les framboises) wow un mélange acidulé & de textures exceptionnels. Notre expérience était parfaite, merci à tout le personnel & sans oublier le chef & son équipe dans la cuisine. Vous nous avez rendus heureux. Je recommande fortement.

The food was outstanding, but we did wait about 45 minutes to receive our appetizer at lunch. After this, the rest came quickly & it was all very good.

A restaurant well worth the splurge. The amount of care & creativity was evident in the food. The highlight of the meal was the extraordinary strawberry dessert. Layers of flavor & texture.

Had a great dinner at **Bouillon Bilk**. Food was excellent, creative & beautifully presented without being overcomplicated. A few combinations sounded unusual at first but everything worked really well together.

Service was just as good. Friendly, professional & they knew the menu very well. They explained each dish without making the whole experience feel too formal.

The place itself is pretty simple & understated, but I think that's part of the charm. You come here for the food, & the food delivers.

Definitely not a cheap night out, but worth it. Would come back.

The duck steak here is amazing! I stopped by as a walk-in the first time, & they were incredibly welcoming. The food was fantastic & they have a great wine list.
I came back later with my partner & a friend. The hospitality, the timing of the food being served, & the dishes were all exceptional.
Yes, it is on the pricier side, but the experience completely justifies the cost. I'll definitely be back for future special occasions.

This was really more than a meal, it was a total experience. Our server was Jason & he was super helpful, knowledgeable & funny! Everyone who contributed to the meal, from the other service staff to the sommelier & the host of the evening.

We chose the 8-course tasting menu with 7 wine pairings & we highly recommend for anyone. They were also super generous with the house made bread.

Service très professionnel de Natalia. Plats bien décrits au moment du service & bien présentés. Le tartare de boeuf est une tuerie. Accords sans alcool très originaux. Beau décor. Hâte d'y retourner.

Souper anniversaire de mariage ! Avons opté pour le menu dégustation 8 services! Ce fut un gros wow! Nous avons tout aimé ! beaucoup de délicatesse & de recherche dans tous les plats que nous avons mangé! Mention spéciale aux employés du restaurant qui sont plein d'attention & très professionnels !
