This was really more than a meal, it was a total experience. Our server was Jason & he was super helpful, knowledgeable & funny! Everyone who contributed to the meal, from the other service staff to the sommelier & the host of the evening.

We chose the 8-course tasting menu with 7 wine pairings & we highly recommend for anyone. They were also super generous with the house made bread.

Exceptional foodies experience. The lobster on the 8 course menu is crazy good. All food was awesome. The wine accord was excellent & service is as good as it gets. Highly recommend if you can spend between 500$ to 800$ for a meal with taxes & tips.

An outstanding dining experience at Bouillon Bilk. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious & beautifully presented, & the ambience was refined & inviting. Each dish was carefully explained, which added to our appreciation of the meal & made the experience even more enjoyable.

The linguine was flavourful, although I found it a little saltier than my personal preference - that may simply be my palate, as I am not used to heavily salted dishes. Overall, the quality, creativity, & attention to detail were excellent.

A wonderful restaurant & a memorable dining experience in Montreal. Highly recommended.

We had the 8-course tasting menu with discovery wine pairings & it was 100% honestly one of the top 3 best dining experiences in my life. Food was amazing, Pairings were spot on, the atmosphere & staff was super great! Overall a wonderful evening. Highly recommend it & definitely will be going again. Thank you for a great evening!

8-course tasting was delicious start to end, no misses.

The beef tartare was a big surprise for me & my husband. The addition of clam & kimchi really made that memorable.

The duck, will be dreaming of it, love the addition of rhubarb, oh & that duck wonton!

The crab, the white asparagus - such great flavor pairings on the plate.

Excellent tasting menu with well balanced flavours. Dishes were elegant, light & refreshing. This was probably my favourite restaurant I tried in Montreal & one of the few where the sauces on the food were not too salty! The cocktails were excellent as well. They also have a non-alcoholic drink pairing with the tasting menu which sounded very good, but I did not try it. Highly recommend.

Great restaurant! My partner & I went here for the 5 course tasting menu & I can honestly say it is some of the best food I have ever had!

You can tell the chefs really put a lot of thought into the composition of the dishes & the order in which you eat them. All the flavours & aromas blend together seamlessly & the quality of the ingredients could be tasted.

My one slight criticism is that the restaurant itself is not as interesting as the menu. It's just a basic dining hall with simple tables & a simple modern setup. However, definitely don't miss out on the food just because of this!

The servers were also so on top of it. We never poured ourselves wine from our bottle once. They were always attending to us & explaining each dish.
