Service was excellent & courteous. Lily was very attentive & kind as a server. The food was so delicious, well cooked, well presented & excellent portions. Billy Miner Pie is a must try!!! Its all worth it, I cannot recommend enough. Will come back for sure!
We were seated in a nice booth. Very lovely ambience. My husband & I had the French onion soup, baked garlic shrimp, & calamari for appetizers. We had the filet mignon & lobster tail dinner with twice baked potatoes for our entrees. Everything was very delicious!! We really enjoyed the steak, lobster, & French onion soup. Our server Antonin was absolutely amazing!! He was super friendly, attentive, & gave us a wonderful dining experience!! He even brought us a cheesecake to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We would definitely go back to dine here again.
Superbe expérience. Nous avons été servie par Megan.B, elle est très joviale & souriante. Elle était très attentive à ses clients. Nous avons adoré le service qu' elle nous a offert. Après nous avoir donné notre facture, Megan a su que nous étions présent pour l'anniversaire de mon conjoint, elle lui a offert un café spécialisé comme cadeau... Très belle attention de votre part....L'ambiance était très bien, nous étions capable de discuter ensemble & de s'entendre parler . Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, la cuisson de nos viandes étaient sublime. En dégustant la pomme de terre Monte Carlo nous nous sommes cru au Nirvana.... Nous avons été a la succursale de Laval & si je peux me permettre.... Votre succursale donne de loin la meilleure expérience à tous les niveaux.... On va se revoir bientôt!!!! 👍👌
Our server Antonin, truly went above & beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we walked in, Antonin greeted us with a warm smile & genuine enthusiasm that immediately set a positive tone for the evening. He took the time to understand our preferences & offered excellent recommendations from the menu. Not only was Antonin attentive & knowledgeable about the dishes, but his attention to detail & personalized touch truly made us feel special. He seamlessly anticipated our needs, ensuring our glasses were never empty & that each course was served with impeccable timing. What truly stood out was Antonin's ability to make us feel like valued guests, not just customers. He took the time to engage in friendly conversation, sharing stories & laughter that enhanced our overall dining experience & made our birthday celebration unforgettable. Thank you, Antonin, for making my father & I's birthday celebration one to remember. We look forward to returning soon & experiencing your exceptional service again!
Edit March 2024: We came back & this time The Keg stood up to their standards. They do serve beets as a standatd side for steak but at least they tell you in advance now. From easy booking, to attentive service & excellent meal, our family had a great time! Thank you! Dissapointed! For our 15th anniversary, it used to be our "go to" place, & we were always beyong satisfied. Sadly this year: our waiter was polite but very rushed, running away while we were trying to ask for something, kid's burger was miserable & therefore not eaten, lobster bisque painfully salty, teriyaki steak a burnt shoesole (asked for medium), & overal the food quality went down to cafeteria level. Very sad, we are not coming back.
We celebrated my husband's birthday last night at The Keg. This was our first disappointment at The Keg The restaurant was empty. Our waiter, Daniel, was excellent & very attentive. The sour bread was spectacular, as was our appetizer- the Blue Cheese wedge salad. My husband & our friend each ordered the steak with a lobster tail. I ordered the prime rib. We all requested medium rare beef. Although the meat came as requested, the rib was dry, with no juice & cold. Both men mentioned the lobster was delicious, but their beef was tough. Daniel surprised us with a delicious Mocha ice cream birthday wedge for dessert, which was very much appreciated. This was the only time in decades that we were disappointed in The Keg.
Superbe expérience, nous sommes arrivés 5 minutes avant que les cuisines ferment & nous avons quand même reçu un bel accueil courtois. Veronique, notre serveuse était très attentive & professionnelle. Bon rapport qualité/prix! Je recommande vivement
Came here as a treat to myself as my last meal before I head back to the states. Dominic was the bartender/server & was very kind & attentive, also made great drinks! The food was also delicious & well made. I needed a bit more pepper, but its just my personal preference. Definitely a great meal to end a wonderful trip! Cheers!
My wife & I visited this Keg location on December 30. Both plates were excellent. My steak was delicious & perfectly prepared. We were seated next to the window & combined with the holiday season & the snow lightly falling made for a beautiful evening. THe srvice was attentive & pefectly timed.
I sincerely enjoyed myself & would definitely return.
