Could have been a 4 star experience but I downgraded to 2.5 stars. The experience; service, drinks, meals & desserts were solid & worthy of the $300 bill. However, as the expression goes, your only as good as your last effort. In this case the let down was the essperesso coffee...1 star!!! The coffee was watered down, no crema & cold. It tasted like mediocre gas station drip coffee. I let the waiter know of the whole experience & he was not surprised about my espresso comment. If I'm not the first one to comment, then why continue to offer this sub standard item? Change barista or espresso machine or use the appropriate settings or correct coffee bean amount.
So on our way home,instead of talking about the solid meal, we talked about the awful espresso. I know coffee may seem like a small item in the dining experience but it is the last impression a customer gets when leaving your restaurant...the ball was dropped Mr. Keg!

Amazing experience at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar Pointe-Claire! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the steak, which was perfectly cooked & full of flavor. The service was excellent-friendly, professional, & attentive throughout our visit. The atmosphere is beautiful, comfortable, & perfect for a nice dinner. Everything from the food to the service exceeded our expectations. Definitely a place I would come back to & highly recommend!

Disappointed. We ordered filet mignon without bacon & medium. We got filet mignon with bacon & it was dry. For dessert, the guy said sorbet au chocolat, but kids got sorbet au chocolat noir. I will not go back again.

Clean establishment.
Our experience was amazing.
From the hostess to our server Marc to Vic who does great work in the back. Everyone was just wonderful.

We sat down. Ordered. Got our drinks & entree. Waited an hour without any service or even acknowledgement. So we got up left. Ended up at the restaurant next door.

The drink was delicious & the sandwich was fresh. They seem to have a lot of customers, so everything moves quickly & nothing sits around for long. The prices are a little higher than what you'd typically pay for a drink & sandwich at Tim Hortons, but the freshness & quality made it worth it. It was a refreshing stop.
