Very beautiful café atmosphere.

However, I did not have a good experience with the service at this café. My drink order seemed to be ignored or forgotten while I watched the same waiter continue taking orders from other customers. I simply imagined they were busy, & decided to remind one of the waiter.
When I politely asked about my order, instead of addressing the situation, the waiter started listing the items they had available, even though I had already asked for the menu beforehand.

This was especially disappointing because it was the second time I experienced treatment that felt different from how other customers were treated. When I brought up my concern before living to a waiter who took my bill. They responded with a strange & dismissive look rather than professionalism.

This is a beautiful café, & I expected a welcoming & respectful environment. I hope the staff & management reflect on these interactions & ensure that every customer receives the same level of attention & respect.

As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I know how much of a difference genuine service can make & the staff at Mama C absolutely exceeded every expectation.

From the moment we arrived, they welcom you with warmth, professionalism, & energy that makes you feel instantly at home. Arnaud my host that night has a natural talent for anticipating guests' needs while creating a relaxed, memorable atmosphere.

Mama C is a wonderful place definitely recommended !

Came to this place & it was exactly what we needed. A calm, lovely atmosphere with a great server & amazing cocktails. Old Montreal can get hectic with all the tourists & this was a real oasis.

Très calme, magnifique décor, excellent choix de musique, service extrêmement chaleureux, ambiance agréable, siège très confortable, bien situé. J'ai pu travailler pendant 3 heures sans être dérangé & même sans avoir à mettre des écouteurs. Un des meilleurs cafés à Montréal.
