Si j'avais pu mettre 6 étoiles, je l'aurais fait ! Décor & ambiance haut de gamme, excellent service. Le sandwich brioché aux oeufs était délicieux. J'ai adoré !

L'ambiance de café est géniale & le décor super jolie mais nous avons eu une expérience seulement correcte.

J'ai commandé un matcha & celui-ci goûtait l'eau. Par contre les croissants & leur chocolat chaud étaient délicieux.

Notre serveur au début était super attentionné mais après 30 min nous n'avions plus aucun services. Nous avons dû faire signe à un autre serveur pour avoir la facture & faire débarrasser notre table.
Par contre le second serveur que nous avons eu était super gentil & attentif avec nous & ses autres tables, super services.

De plus, ce qui semblait être la gérante nous a mis assez mal à l'aise. Malgré l'ambiance détendue, la gérante parlait extrêmement fort aux clients & à ses serveurs. A quelques reprises, elle s'est dirigé vers des tables pour leur expliquer les politiques du café, ce qui est compréhensible, mais elle le faisait de façon extrêmement hautaine & presque impolie. Cela nous a mis extrêmement mal à l'aise puisque, malgré qu'il faut faire respecter les politiques, il est également important d'assurer une agréable expérience pour ses clients, ce qui n'a certainement pas été le cas pour les tables concernées.
Étant quelqu'un qui a travaillé en restauration à plusieurs endroits, je ne suis vraiment pas impressionné de la gérante.

Il est aussi important de mentionner si vous voulez allez étudier, que pour avoir le droit d'utiliser son ordinateur, il faut commander un plat( pas seulement une viennoiserie) & que vous pouvez seulement l'utiliser pour 1h.

I've been here twice now & both times I've had amazing times. The first time I came with friends & was surprised by how good value the food was for how nice the food is, how beautifully it's decorated, & the amazing service. The second time I came with family for my birthday & had an incredible time- Melissa was so kind & made it very special. The food & coffee were also great. Would definitely recommend!

Tick Tok brought me to Mama C on a slushy grey Friday afternoon in the old port. (March 20th) The decor is absolutely beautiful! I appreciated the very warm & cozy atmosphere to catch up on some emails. I especially loved seeing all the real tropical plants that made me feel like I was on vacation. The menu is simple but reasonably priced & the coffee was delicious. Major props to my waiter Théo who was absolutely delightful, kind & highly efficient! It was his service that brought me back later in the day with my partner for a second meal. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful decor, mediocre drinks, terrible service. We waited so long for the food, asked multiple times & been told the food is on the way each time. The last time we asked our waitress, she told the kitchen was ran by only two people (not very convincing on a busy saturday morning) & the food would arrive in 2 minutes (which did not). We ended up canceling the food. At least she was kind enough to offer us our drinks for free to make up for the inconvenience. The place is beautifully decorated, in the heart of Old Port, but a very disappointing experience.

Wow, I would say a diamond in the rough but it is simply beautiful inside, the decor is amazing. The service was outstanding our server(Chloe) was polite, positive & very helpful. She was fantastic & our food was delicious & served with great care.
