Outstanding experience! Grilled calamari & lamb chops were perfect, tender & flavorful. Portions were generous & service excellent. Restaurant is located on a quiet street & has outdoor seating. Highly recommended!
My husband & I stopped by for drinks & apps as we were roaming the streets of old montreal. Fantastic & attentive team. Very welcoming. Our apps were delish & filling. The calamari & mousakka were rich in flavor.

From the seas of Zante straight to the dishes of Orexi Restaurant the experience is mouth watering ! Everything we had was amazing & tasteful ! Chef did an amazing job ! The service from Panagioti made our night ! He knows how to bring out the flavours out of the menu & serve you with exquisite style .A must visit to enjoy a part of Greece , Until we meet again :) Koukla by the sea! Zante baby !
This is a great spot for elevated traditional Greek food with a modern twist. The staff were incredibly friendly & welcoming, the background music created the perfect atmosphere, & the whole experience made us feel transported to Europe. A wonderful place with great food, great service, & a warm, lively vibe. Highly recommend.

My husband & I were craving Greek food during our stay in Montreal & found this spot near our hotel.
If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would! The food was absolutely delicious-we got fried zucchini & eggplant as our starter, lamb chops & lamb shank for the main, & the beignets for dessert.
The service was impeccable & the waiters were so accommodating of my dietary restrictions once I let them know I'm pregnant.
We hope to come back the next time we are in Montreal!

This is one of the better restaurants in Old Montreal & the best Greek food I've encountered in the city by far. If you don't know where to go, go here. The food is outstanding (particularly the grilled octopus!!), the attention to detail is on a level I've rarely seen before, the wine selection is excellent, & the service is generous & attentive.
The owner is a chef who's clearly put his heart & soul into every bit of this place. 10/10. I'll be returning again & bringing friends whenever they visit to show them what Montreal has to offer.

Excellent meal for our first night in Montreal, some of the best Greek food I've had in a while. I particularly recommend the Orexi special, the chips were perfectly cooked & & worked really well with the tzatzikj. The calamari was also top tier, but honestly every dish was very good, & the service was great too.
Visited Orexi in early Feb 2026 after hearing it was listed as one of the best new restaurants of 2026. Food was quite delicious! We started with grilled octopus, moussaka croquettes, & the orexi special (fried zucchini & eggplant). The croquettes were especially good & a very cool interpretation of the classic greek dish. As a main, we shared oysters, a grilled med sea bass, tiger shrimps, lamb chops, & a greek salad; all of which were cooked to perfection & very tasty! Baklava for dessert was a little soggy but still delicious, loukoumades were also great. I would have given a 5-star review but I found that the service was just a bit slow, we were 6 people & dinner lasted almost 4 hours, which felt a little drawn out.
Lovely ambience with Greek music in the background. Professional, attentive server named Kosta who offered great suggestions. Food was sinfully delicious! The octopus is a must along with the zucchini & eggplant chips! The grilled chicken was moist & cooked to perfection! The lamb shank was tender & tasteful….& finally the loukoumades which was the perfect dessert for a wonderful evening at Orexi restaurant! Will definitely be back 😊

Our table of four shared the octopus which was tender & perfectly grilled, the steak cooked exactly right, & the fish was fresh & beautifully seasoned. The zucchini chips were dangerously addictive, especially the vodka rigatoni, OH YEAH!
Great food, great vibe. We left already planning our next visit. Top tier Greek dining experience. By the way love the decor!
