Afficher toutramen(52) qualite(9) porc(8) prix(8) broth(8) bouillon(7) pourboire(7) ingredients(6) sauce(6) rapide(6) poulet(6) japonaise(5)One of the tastiest bowls of Tonkatsu Ramen I have ever had. A delicate broth, & the seared porc fell apart perfectly. Egg? Flavourful & just the right texture. Noodles were perfectly done & the little side of hot sauce had more than just heat going for it. THANK YOU!
I have been here multiple times. The portions are satisfying, & once you figure out the menu & find your favorites, you will enjoy your meals. The ambience is pretty at night & the drinks menu is also decent. The appetizers are delicious, especially the poulet karaage. The servers are very polite & very patiently explain the menu. You could also ask for their extra spicy sauce, which my indian tastebuds love. Overall, a recommended experience.
Le poulet tonkatsu était très bon. Je ne suis pas amateur de plat avec plusieurs sauces mais c'était délicieux.
The tonkotsu ramen broth tasted like bath water. It had a nice color so I was excited but it was bland & the little flavor there was wasn't right. The bao buns were dry. It has so much potential. We need japanese food in sherbrooke. The meats were all good the eggs were done very well but the broth was unacceptable for a ramen place. The sauce on the bao was also too sweet & salty like a cheap store bought hoising sauce with salt added. The head chef needs to take a trip to Toronto or even MTL to try some good ramen places & understand the flavors they need to achieve. You guys can take this place to next level without too much effort or investment & truly become a sherbrooke staple. I'll go back to try the chicken broth because I desperately want japanese food but I'm dissapointed & have low hopes.
