Good Day, I placed an online order for the'lemon chicken' combo and it was ready when I got there. I got home and... the soup and spring roll were fine. The rice was the main dish it seems. The'chicken' was greasy and had a weird look and was very hard. It seemed to consist of unidentifiable strips of I'm not sure what that tasted very bad on top of the greasiness. I threw out my $15 main dish and will not chance going back. I was thinking on the way there of hoping to have found a good local restaurant. No such luck.

I love this new place, Asian food is not typically my kind of food, but I hear from a friend that this place is a must go. Had a little trouble adjusting myself, I didn't know how to choose my food but a great employee (I think his was Felix) showed me how ,he was very helpful and made this new experience memorable and fun.

They started off well, but then they lowered the quality of the food and then raised their pizza prices by over 20% making them more expensive than the other restaurants in the area. They basically killed the only advantages they had over other restaurants - not too smart and extremely disappointing. But the worse thing they did (which is potentially unsanitary and totally disgusting) is they took a pizza back 30 minutes after delivering it to us after they made a mistake with our order! They sent a pizza with the wrong toppings, and when we called, they said they would send the right one - no apology or anything. 30 minutes later, the driver delivered the correct pizza, AND ASKED FOR THE OLD ONE BACK!! Now, we've had this pizza here for 30 minutes and could have done anything we wanted to it, no matter how disgusting! EVERY other restaurant on the planet would never have taken it back - they would leave it with the customer as a goodwill gesture. The way this was done tells me that they are so cheap, that some one else may end up getting our old'used' pizza for their dinner. Absolutely disgusting because if this is what they do with it, then what's to say that the next time I order from them, I don't get someone else''used' pizza!! Fortunately this will not be a problem for me as I will not take that risk and will not order from them again!

Je suis très déçu de l'attitude des co-propiétaires de ce Café, que je fréquente depuis plusieurs années après y avoir dépensé beaucoup d'argent. On vient tout juste de m'informer que je ne suis plus le bienvenu pour des raison complètement futiles. Je ne suis pas le premier et ni le dernier à qui ça arrive. De plus, un des co-propriétaires fait subir beaucoup de harcèlement psychologique à certains employés qui me racontent des faits inacceptables quand je les rencontre sur la rue...Concernant la nourriture, c'est très dommage car il y a un manque de rigueur pour certaines pâtisseries, surtout pour le gâteau au chocolat qui n'est jamais glacé tout entier (des fois oui et la plupart du temps non) en plus des croissants aux amandes souvent secs. Suite à cette situation, certains clients m'ont mentionné de ne plus vouloir revenir à ce Café, car j'attirais régulièrement les gens à venir parler et s'asseoir avec moi. À vous de vous faire votre propre opinion!

This place is nice if you're looking to enjoy a night out, and I'll admit the service and atmosphere were good. That said, I personally find it very overhyped, and my friends felt the same way. Unfortunately, our experience started off on a negative note. The bouncer was extremely rude when we tried to get our friend inside (we were very respectful). He aggressively told us,'I'm going to need you to back off, stop talking and leave!' We were honestly shocked at how poorly he spoke to us. It definitely set the tone for the evening (considering it was my friend's birthday!!). As for the food, it's overpriced for small portions and nothing particularly special in terms of taste or presentation. I wouldn't come back for dinner. There are definitely better spots out there with better music, better value, and a more welcoming attitude. Overall, it feels more like a place that's'for show' rather than somewhere you'd return to for the full experience.

I've gone here with colleagues several times for lunch, today was the last time. The place keeps getting filthier and the waitress (same server each time, I think she's the owner) is so unpleasant and rude. I left a $2 tip to reflect the service received, and I feel even that amount was being generous. She insisted on a minimum even after I told her the service was poor. Why have a restaurant if you hate people? Also, maybe take a mop to the joint...

This place has an amazing, cozy vibe as soon as you walk in. It feels like an old-school vintage spot filled with memories and great energy. The food exceeded my expectations - I had the Cali burger with a poutine that had a beef patty in it . In addition, it's budget-friendly. I'll definitely be coming back and sharing this amazing spot with my friends.

Cela fait 2 ans que je viens au memento, j'adore cet endroit. Cependant, j'avoues avoir été très déçue hier soir. L'un de nos serveur (blond portant un t-shirt rouge du memento) a été particulièrement désagréable. Il nous parlait sur un ton inapproprié, le fait d'être une femme plus jeune m'a fait ressentir qu'il se permettait plus de choses qui si j'avais été plus âgée ou un homme. Lorsque nous sommes allés régler les factures, ce dernier est passé derrière moi en me criant de bouger et en me touchant le dos pour que je ne sois plus dans son chemin, ce qui est totalement inapproprié! Ce dernier semblait être ivre. De plus la musique était trop forte on devait crier pour s'entendre. Je suis très déçue de cette expérience. Memento était un endroit de référence pour moi et j'en garde malheureusement un goût amer et ne penses plus y retourner avant un bon moment...

Pasta and garlic bread were fantastic! My friend and I went right after Valentine's Day and it was BUUUUSY… I don't think they have enough waiters. Still, staff was very kind and very sweet. It's a very small bistro, so when busy it can be noisy… I'd recommend to book in advance!
