Eva's is a popular brunch spot where the food is flavorful and generously portioned, with chicken and waffles and the eggslut dishes earning high praise and pancakes and other brunch staples often described as excellent. The service is frequently friendly and attentive, but many reviews note crowds and narrow spaces, occasional slow or inconsistent service, and a few instances of missing or mistaken items. While prices can be high, many guests feel the quality and variety justify it, and the atmosphere is described as warm, lively, and welcoming. Overall Eva's feels like a standout brunch option with crowd-pleasing favorites and a bustling vibe, though visitors should be prepared for busy times.
The vanilla ice coffee was good. I got the chicken waffle 10/10. I love the berry it came with. Also got the high tower. 6/10. Did not like the chai coffee. The service was 10/10.
I had some kind of a burger with no side dishes. Very small in size, nothing amazing for a whopping 19$ before taxes+ 18% service charge for a waiter that barely said thank you!!! & that took me to a total of 35$ !!...none of those places nowadays are worth the money.
Miamm!

2nd visit to this mall. Had Sunday brunch with reservations, it was busy & the service was ok. Staff is very friendly. Had the Hightower & it was pretty good. Fruits were fresh & the mini pancakes were amazing. Yes, it's pricey but you have to consider the location. I would definitely return since the mall offers free 4 hour parking.
We made a reservation so seating is quick. I had the MTL Cheesesteak. If you mind sauce on your hands this is not for you. But for those that don't mind getting into their food it fantastic. Dip that bun in that sauce & enjoy. Also tried the Quesadilla, everything was on point & service for us was top notch. I definitely will be back.
Overall, it was a good brunch. The food was good & the coffee was enjoyable. However, the ambiance & decor did not really stand out & felt a bit underwhelming. The welcome at the entrance could have been warmer as the person greeting guests did not seem very enthusiastic, which took away slightly from the experience. In comparison, the St Henri location is much much better in terms of everything, from the atmosphere to the overall experience.
