Première fois que je sors d'un restaurant de cuisine Thaï en ayant encore faim…. Seule les brochettes de satay avait une saveur Thaî. Les locaux sont beaux mais ce n'est pas la raison première pour laquelle on vient au restaurant. Service déplorable mais 18% de pourboire minimum pré réglé sur la machine.
As a Thai person, I really enjoyed my experience at this Thai restaurant 🇹🇭!! The staffs are very welcoming & friendly PLUS they spoke Thai, English, & French, which made me feel very welcome & reminded me of home.
The food felt authentic while still being adapted to suit different tastes. We ordered Chicken Satay, Fried Chicken, Chicken Siam Red Curry, Chicken Stir-Fry with Peanut Sauce, & a Papaya Salad with 5 chilies that brought the spicy kick I was looking for. For drinks, the Thai Green Tea had a wonderful fresh floral aroma, & the Thai Milk Tea was incredibly smooth & delicious.
To finish, we had Mango Sticky Rice & Thai-Style Roti with Condensed Milk, both of which were excellent.
Great food, friendly service, & a warm atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back!

Pleasantly surprised. Enjoyed the new waitress was her first day & a comedy of errors but she made the spirit light & friendly. Food was very good too.
We went here & tried the Spectra offer for the three-course dinner pass for 28$ & it was beyond our expectations! The flavors, the portion, & the ambience is just chef's kiss. They're also a new restaurant so yeah, if you're craving for Thai food, do check them out ❤?

This place is very clean, cozy & has a nice atmosphere. The music is calming & quiet. The food was delicious & the portions were filling. The prices are very reasonable & worth it. The staff is kind & respectful. I used the spectra tickets. I really recommend the place I'll be back !

I think this might be the first time I give 10 out of 10 out of every single thing I tried at a restaurant. I would order every single thing again. Known dishes, executed perfectly. Besides the food, the service was amazing. Such lovely owners! & the restaurant has such a calm atmosphere. It was perfect for us. I am so happy we found this restaurant because we will definitely come back!
It was perfect vibe for evening fancy resto, the food was good but I went on Saturday night. The restaurant quite busy & a little(just a little bit) lacking of service. Even they have a lot of staff.
Delightful gem! We started with Mango Salad & Chicken Satay skewers - all perfect👌I had the Red Curry Chicken - fantastic with tons of delicious red curry sauce - absolutely perfect! He had the Ona Basil dish - beyond flavorful! Service was outstanding & ambience was beautiful. Highly recommend for a date night - a must try for Thai food lovers.
It's definitely a 10/10! I'm already thinking about my next visit. The owner is incredibly kind & truly passionate about her work. The chef is exceptionally talented , you can taste his expertise in every dish. The service was five-star from start to finish. I'm absolutely in love with this place!
There are two reasons why you visit a restaurant. Food quality & customer service. Right off the bat, I will say the food was really stellar. Ingredients were fresh & it really came through in their dishes. It wasn't just a bunch of salt used to flavour the dishes but you can taste how the respective ingredients came together to have a good taste profile. I found myself trying to guess what herb, vegetable or seasoning I was tasting as I tried different dishes. Solid 9.5 out of 10. Highly recommend the'Fish three-flavor Chili sauce' & the Crispy veggie rolls with their dipping sauce. As for the service, the owner clearly has passion for cooking & it showed in her service. Very personable & sweet lady. It's always a bonus to be able to support a small business owner. Will definitely go back again…
Un vrai coup de coeur à Montréal. Mon expérience au Bistro Ona Thai a été merveilleuse du début à la fin. Les entrées étaient savoureuses & parfaitement présentées, les plats principaux étaient délicieux, riches en saveurs & très bien équilibrés, & les desserts ont conclu le repas à merveille. Les cocktails étaient également excellents, bien préparés & très agréables. On sent la qualité des ingrédients, le soin apporté à chaque plat & l'attention au détail. Le service était chaleureux & l'ambiance très agréable. Une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésitation.
A true gem in Montreal. My experience at Bistro Ona Thai was wonderful from start to finish. The appetizers were flavorful & beautifully presented, the main dishes were absolutely delicious & perfectly balanced, & the desserts were the perfect ending to the meal. The cocktails were also excellent, well crafted, & very enjoyable. You can really feel the quality of the ingredients & the care put into every dish. The service was warm & the atmosphere was lovely. I highly recommend this place & will definitely be back.
