Une seule personne à la caisse pour tout faire : prendre les commandes, préparer, encaisser… Résultat, service très lent. L'assiette est vraiment minimale comparée aux autres Torino, & les patates étaient froides & dures. Déçu, je n'y retournerai pas.

J'ai pris 2x le special du jour. Sur le menu, il est clairement indiqué que la boisson est incluse.
Malgré cela, on m'a chargé 3 $ de plus à la caisse.
En plus, les boissons étaient servies dans des verres en carton.
Quand j'ai demandé pourquoi on me chargeait un extra, je n'ai reçu aucune explication claire, seulement un « c'est comme ça ».
Sans ces 3 $ de trop, j'aurais laissé un pourboire de 15% comme d'habitude, mais à cause de cette situation, je n'ai laissé que 1 $.
Après cette expérience, je ne compte pas revenir.
La tarification & la communication avec les clients devraient être améliorées.

Le service était impeccable du début à la fin souriant rapide & très professionnel ! Les plats étaient délicieux, bien présentés & généreux. On sent que tout est préparé avec des produits frais & beaucoup de soin. L'ambiance du restaurant est chaleureuse & conviviale parfaite pour passer un bon moment entre amis ou en couple
Je recommande à 100 % ! J'y retournerai sans hésiter ❤?❤?❤?
