One of downtown Montreal's most anticipated new openings has officially arrived. Minnibar is now welcoming guests at 750 Mansfield Street, inside Résidences Finale, just steps from the Bell Centre.
Created by Tongue Bui, the restaurateur behind STILLIFE and Flyjin, Minnibar is an all-day café and restaurant designed to seamlessly transition from morning coffee to lunch, dinner, and evening drinks. Set within a beautifully designed space by Ivy Studio, the menu features specialty coffee, sandwiches, fresh pasta, shareable plates, and an intriguing pizza omakase experience served at the counter in a tasting format unlike anything else in the city.
Envisioned as a true neighbourhood gathering place, Minnibar aims to become a destination where guests can linger from morning to night, whether stopping in for a quick coffee, a leisurely lunch, or cocktails and dinner. It's a welcome new addition to Montreal's ever-evolving dining scene.
