Wow, ça faisait vraiment longtemps que j'avais pas reçu un service aussi incroyable! Dès notre arrivée, on a super bien été accueillis. Ensuite, on nous a présenté Ricky, qui a été un vrai turbo du début jusqu'à la fin. Il nous a vraiment bien présenté le menu & son service était juste parfait. La nourriture était excellente & le décor vraiment magnifique. On a adoré notre expérience!

Ricky nous a super bien accueilli ! Il est super professionnel & sympathique. On recommande ce resto à 100%, non seulement pour le service, mais aussi pour la nourriture. Le Hightower est vraiment excellent !

11/10 experience. Add this to your food list immediately if you haven't been.

The food was delicious with a great mix of savoury & sweet options. I also loved that they had creative non-alcoholic drinks alongside an elevated cocktail menu for those who like to indulge (aka me).

But above all, the service is what will keep me coming back every time I'm in Montreal. Huge shoutout to Ricky & Gleb for taking such great care of us. They made us feel incredibly welcome, almost like we were guests in their home, & brought such great energy along with genuinely helpful recommendations. Ricky even went out of his way to open the door for us as we were leaving. It was such a small gesture, but it really summed up the level of hospitality we experienced. Thank you both for making our visit so memorable!

Such a lovely brunch spot! The space is absolutely gorgeous & has the warmest vibe. Camille took such good care of me & was so sweet & attentive the whole time. The cocktails were amazing, especially the espresso martini, & everything just felt so welcoming. Such a lovely little spot, I'll definitely be back

Went for brunch & it was one of the best brunch spots to try out ! It was busy but our waitress Camille made sure we were okay & had everything to meet the brunch experience we wanted . She was a sweet heart 💕 Food tasty , vibe good & music was elite & last not least the aesthetic was top notch . Will be back for sure

A huge thank you to the entire Eva's team for welcoming us so warmly yesterday! We had such a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, & attentive, & the service was truly top-notch from start to finish.

A special mention to the manager, who was absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, & genuinely caring. You can really feel the great energy & teamwork throughout the place.

Absolutely incredible experience at EVA's! From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. My cousin & I came all the way from Toronto, & our server Ricky truly made it unforgettable. He went above & beyond-he even surprised us with complimentary French toast as a thank you for making the trip, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The food itself was hands down the best brunch I've ever had-every dish was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. But what really set this place apart was the service. Ricky was exceptional-friendly, attentive, & genuinely passionate about what he does. He even took the time to explain the story behind the restaurant's ambiance, which made the experience feel so much more personal.

To top it all off, he walked us out with the biggest smile, making us feel so appreciated. This was truly a 10/10 experience. I will definitely be coming back & recommending EVA's to everyone I know!
