Absolutely incredible experience at EVA's! From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. My cousin & I came all the way from Toronto, & our server Ricky truly made it unforgettable. He went above & beyond-he even surprised us with complimentary French toast as a thank you for making the trip, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The food itself was hands down the best brunch I've ever had-every dish was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. But what really set this place apart was the service. Ricky was exceptional-friendly, attentive, & genuinely passionate about what he does. He even took the time to explain the story behind the restaurant's ambiance, which made the experience feel so much more personal.
To top it all off, he walked us out with the biggest smile, making us feel so appreciated. This was truly a 10/10 experience. I will definitely be coming back & recommending EVA's to everyone I know!

Came to Eva's while visiting Montreal from Toronto & honestly loved it! We have a lot of great brunch spots in Toronto, so I had high expectations, & Eva's definitely delivered. The food was delicious, the portions were great, & everything was fresh & full of flavour.
The vibe was really nice & the service was friendly without being over the top. Such a great little spot to enjoy a relaxed brunch. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Montreal - I'd happily come back next time I'm in the city!

Eva's is by far the best brunching place I've been to in Montreal & possible the province even. From the food, to the atmosphere, to guest service, everything is incredible. Let's start with the most obvious, the food. Every dish I've ever had the pleasure of eating has always been so so good. The flavours, the consistency it's all there. & we under appreciate consistency whenever we repeatedly go eat at a specific place, but not at Eva's. The dishes are always perfectly made each time. Truly so good. My two personal favourites dishes are the'MTL Cheesteak' & the'Brit' with an extra french fries. The cheesteak is so good, the meat is just perfectly cooked & seasoned. It is so tender it's just wow. The Brit, now THAT'S an egg sandwich. I do not know the receipt & would pay to have it but it is truly perfect especially paired with the mayonnaise.
Now the best for last, guest experience. Upon arrival you're greeted by the one & only Gleb. Gleb is such a nice server/host. He's got this really nice vibe to him & is sincerely really awesome. He's making sure you're having a grand time & grander meal. He checks up occasionally at the perfect amount, not too much to'bother' you but also not too little to accidentally'forget' you. Truly a great choice to have him greet customer & be a server. Another server I truly appreciate everytime as well is, forgive me if I'm mistaken, Ricky. He's a cheerful & sweet fella with glasses. What a warm presence to have when you're out brunching. He goes above & beyond for guest experience & just takes the cherry on top of the cake. Super super nice server & I thank him for his work sincerely. Thank you Eva's!! Thank you to the owner who has a very nice sense of style & amazing staff. Always get personalized experiences no matter how packed the restaurant can be. The music is always good too!!

I came to Eva's for Sunday brunch, & despite the restaurant being absolutely packed, the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
The place was buzzing with energy, & there wasn't an empty table in sight. Despite how busy it was, the hostess & the manager went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They found us a table without making us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. That level of hospitality immediately set the tone for the rest of our visit.
The service throughout the meal was exceptional. The manager was genuinely one of the best hospitality professionals I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was attentive, welcoming, & made sure every guest felt looked after, even during one of the busiest brunch services imaginable.
The food arrived incredibly quickly, which was impressive considering how full the restaurant was. Everything came out hot, fresh, & absolutely delicious. Every dish was beautifully prepared, & you could tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve.
The atmosphere is exactly what a Sunday brunch should be. The music, the lively crowd, the energy, & the overall ambiance make you forget that the weekend is coming to an end & Monday is right around the corner. It's the perfect place to unwind, laugh, & enjoy an amazing meal with friends or family.

Brunch at Eva's @ St. Henri was outstanding! The chicken & waffles were perfectly crispy & flavorful, the fresh fruit & espresso martini were the perfect complement, & the atmosphere was stylish & welcoming.
