Excellente nourriture, belles présentations des assiettes, ambiance musicale rap/RnB/pop. Mon amie a pris l'assiette Peterson avec pain dorée challah, oeuf brouillé & fruits des champs. Très croustillant. OEuf bien cuit & bien assaisonné. Pour ma part, j'ai pris le bol de la vallée. Bol de yogourt grec avec du sirop d'érable & des fruits des champs. Très bon. Portion généreuse. Réservations nécessaires pour avoir une table. On est arrivé en retard de 1h. L'hôte nous a invité au bar car plus de place dispo. Réservation fortement encouragée pour les grand groupe. Le chef nous a même offert des pancakes bites comme cadeau. Les pancakes était à la fois moelleux & légèrement croustillants à l'extérieur. En général, je recommande fortement le resto. 💗
I'm from New York, & the vibes at EVA's Montreal are truly 10/10. The food & vibe here exceptional! Great vibes,great music. TO DIEEEE FOR! Please don't go here & not order the pancake bites! from the cocktails to the entrées is flawless. I honestly wish we had an EVA's in NYC, especially with a bartender like Danielle :-) Such a great experience all around. I had an amazing time! Please consider opening in NYC😊-bring Danielle hahah

When I walked in there was a big curtain, & nobody there. There should be a hostess to greet guests. I walked up to meet my friend. The food was great, very flavorful. Pricy drinks for the small size. Service was professional. Environment was nice, there was a DJ, pretty loud but good music. I would come back.
We'd only been to Eva's once before & were completely sold just with how good the food was. We returned on Sunday for my friend's birthday & the experience was spectacular. Our reservation slot was respected, we were welcomed in such a friendly way. Our waiter Ralph offered amazing service from start to finish, always checking in on us, made us laugh & smile, & when I had the smallest issue with my drink, he accommodated me & fixed the issue super quickly. The staff in general was also super sweet & serviable, the bartender that worked that shift was really fun & showed real skills with his concoctions. Needless to say, the food was a-ma-zing. I had the pancake bites, they were so warm & delicious. The only thing is that the music is a bit overly loud. They played a great selection & it added great vibes, but it had everyone shouting to hear each other, which isn't always enjoyable. All in all, top tier service, delicious food, we're definitely making this place our go-to.
Went for brunch on a Sunday morning with a friend. Even though we didn't have a reservation & the place was packed, we managed to get two seats at the bar pretty quickly, which was a nice surprise. The decor is stylish, the vibe is lively, the staff was nice, & the music was great.
Food-wise, everything we ordered was tasty & came out fast. However, I was disappointed to learn they don't have an espresso machine. So all coffee-based drinks are made with filtered coffee. At the price point of the menu, I expected better in that department. Also, a simple side of fruit will cost around $17, which felt excessive.
Overall, I'm glad I tried it once, but I'm not sure I'd go back.

I'm not sure how to start but I do know how to describe the overall experience: PERFECT🌷
We went for a girl's brunch & birthday & it did not disappoint, the food was absolutely delicious & filling.
The eggslut sandwich was amazing & very cheesy, the waffle with the fried chicken was super crunchy & yummy, & the additional portion of waffles was such a great way to end the brunch with a touch of sweetness & very light.
Special mention to the Pornstar Martini, it was out of this world & overall refreshing for a warm morning, it was delicious & I would go back just for it. It didn't feel too strong & complimented the rest of the brunch perfectly. The bartender was also very kind & made every drink with care 🌷
The restaurant itself is just so aesthetic & clean, the music is such a vibe. Just be sure to make a reservation since they're very often fully booked ( understandably so! )

The drinks were equally impressive, with a fantastic mix of refreshing options & creative cocktails. The staff was super friendly & attentive, ensuring a great experience from start to finish. If you're looking for a brunch spot with great vibes, delicious food, & a bit of soul, Eva's is definitely worth a visit! Highly recommended!

Another 5 star experience in Montreal. Very friendly staff, you should reserve ahead though, very busy!! Food was speedy & so delicious. We would return for sure. We had the waffles & full breakfast & the mini pancake bites (these are to die for, they melt in your mouth with flavour) also the music is great I was jamming with all the tunes as we enjoyed a family brunch!
The food was amazing! Very flavourful. The price was expensive but given I got 3 chicken strips with the waffle, it makes sense. The music was a bit too loud, but the vibe was nice.
2024: had the MTL cheesesteak sandwich & an espresso martini. Both perfect. Reservation system issue has been fixed. Service was efficient & attentive. My friend enjoyed her chicken & waffles as well as her spicy margarita. Lighting is fantastic. Music was a little loud for 2 PM haha. 2023: Everything was a long wait, even with reservations. One poor waiter was handling all the tables on a Sunday afternoon. Their reservation system charges you right away instead of charging you if you cancel like other places. Received my deposit in cash & not as a deduction on my bill as stated in the system. That being said, the sliders & the chicken & waffles were delicious. The sunrise mimosa was overpriced for what it was. Decor & music were nice.
EVA's St-Henri is such a beautifully designed spot with a great vibe & music that really adds to the ambiance. However, we found the music a bit loud, especially during brunch hours, which made it tricky to keep up a conversation. The food isn't exactly budget-friendly, but the portions are generous, & everything we tried was delicious. I especially loved the chicken & waffles, which came with a fun little slice of watermelon. My bill was around 50$ for that with tax & tips. Overall, it's a fantastic place if you're looking for a unique brunch experience! 🧇🤍

Fried chicken & waffles were DELICIOUS!!!! Egg slut was quite good too. Waiter was a bit pushy with wanting us to order more, despite portions being quite big so 3 of us splitting 2 dishes was perfect & we were glad we didn't let him convince us to get 3. Music was very loud so if you're going for a boozy brunch it's probs more the vibe than for chill Saturday morning
EVA's food & ambiance was amazing ! The staff was super nice & very welcoming :) the decor & environment is beautiful with great ambiance music. 100% recommend !
