The service was so good, never once was my water fully empty. Food came quick also.
I got the hightower which I loved. My friend got the brit & it was also so good! The highlight though were the amazing pancake bites. Such big portions! We had to take most of it to-go.
Such a fun brunch experience, especially for groups. It's the best place to go for a celebration.
Excellente nourriture, belles présentations des assiettes, ambiance musicale rap/RnB/pop. Mon amie a pris l'assiette Peterson avec pain dorée challah, oeuf brouillé & fruits des champs. Très croustillant. OEuf bien cuit & bien assaisonné. Pour ma part, j'ai pris le bol de la vallée. Bol de yogourt grec avec du sirop d'érable & des fruits des champs. Très bon. Portion généreuse. Réservations nécessaires pour avoir une table. On est arrivé en retard de 1h. L'hôte nous a invité au bar car plus de place dispo. Réservation fortement encouragée pour les grand groupe. Le chef nous a même offert des pancakes bites comme cadeau. Les pancakes était à la fois moelleux & légèrement croustillants à l'extérieur. En général, je recommande fortement le resto. 💗

I'm from New York, & the vibes at EVA's Montreal are truly 10/10. The food & vibe here exceptional! Great vibes,great music. TO DIEEEE FOR! Please don't go here & not order the pancake bites! from the cocktails to the entrées is flawless. I honestly wish we had an EVA's in NYC, especially with a bartender like Danielle :-) Such a great experience all around. I had an amazing time! Please consider opening in NYC😊-bring Danielle hahah
Such a beautiful lowkey brunch spot in Montreal. The food was AMAZING & the restaurant is so gorgeous inside! The pancake bites are a must have!! The iced matcha was also fantastic
Ill start with the food was good, I give credit where deserved. The service was however not at all what I expected. We definitely have seen a shift in customer service within the last few years but I've never felt that much of a burden to a restaurant for simply being there. We were there for maybe 1h10 mins total. Being asked mid bite in my pancake'okay we bring the bills now?' & asked again in a rude tone not even 10 mins later (after we got moved to the bar…). There was no lineup at the door whatsoever. I worked in the industry for a long time, it's not about needing the turnover that was my issue (was here less than 1h10 mins btw), it was the tone & being talked to like I was the servers annoying friend.
Anywho, plastic tables, plastic mimosas glasses… yea a bit disappointing.
Loved our experience at Eva's! The pancake bites were so amazing we ordered them twice. Our server Sami, made the experience even better. He was genuinely kind, attentive, & super helpful in guiding us through the menu while keeping our preferences & requirements in mind.
Overall, amazing food & even better service. Highly recommended - we can't wait to come back! 🍽?

Eva's has a beautiful, modern architecture that makes the atmosphere feel fresh & inviting. The staff all seem genuinely happy to be there, & our server, Ivan, was extremely attentive & friendly. I had the best scrambled egg sandwich of my life - perfect texture & amazing flavor in every bite. The French toast was tasty but nothing particularly memorable, though I appreciated how light it was. Price-wise, really worth it!
We'd only been to Eva's once before & were completely sold just with how good the food was. We returned on Sunday for my friend's birthday & the experience was spectacular. Our reservation slot was respected, we were welcomed in such a friendly way. Our waiter Ralph offered amazing service from start to finish, always checking in on us, made us laugh & smile, & when I had the smallest issue with my drink, he accommodated me & fixed the issue super quickly. The staff in general was also super sweet & serviable, the bartender that worked that shift was really fun & showed real skills with his concoctions. Needless to say, the food was a-ma-zing. I had the pancake bites, they were so warm & delicious. The only thing is that the music is a bit overly loud. They played a great selection & it added great vibes, but it had everyone shouting to hear each other, which isn't always enjoyable. All in all, top tier service, delicious food, we're definitely making this place our go-to.

Food was great for brunch despite the limited options! Lovely place & with super friendly staff! Just a lil crowded & limited space. I loved their pancake bites & their waffles! The coffee wasn't that good.

Another 5 star experience in Montreal. Very friendly staff, you should reserve ahead though, very busy!! Food was speedy & so delicious. We would return for sure. We had the waffles & full breakfast & the mini pancake bites (these are to die for, they melt in your mouth with flavour) also the music is great I was jamming with all the tunes as we enjoyed a family brunch!
Overhyped "tiktock/insta" brunch place. Had made a reservation for Saturday morning with deposit required in case of no show, which is completely understandable. Was very excited to try out their waffle chicken plus their eva pancake. Upon ordering, server told us both of the items were not available, waffle machine is broken & pancakes are discontinued...( which we saw on instagram) Waffles & fried chiken were their signature plate....... What came down to the 2/5 stars was this eggplant dish. This dish is like, drinking oil. The eggplant was over-drenched with oil including the nan bread. Ate the 1/4 of the plate, the only thing acceptable was the boiled eggs. We are super disappointed in this overpriced brunch spot. The crepe bites definitely saved this review from getting a zero.

Maybe if the service wasn't so long I would of put 3 stars... we waited over an hour for our plates... on a Monday morning at 11 am? The food quality is good but not remarkable... the eggs are salty, the toast was burnt n have it a burn taste at every bite. The jam was spicy 🌶️ maybe offer 2 options lol I tasted the pancakes & it tasted great! I guess once you brunch at Marcus downtown it raises the bar too high. Nice decor, loved the bathroom setting. Nice was mostly nice & friendly. Would I return ? No. Great potential tho.
Amazing brunch place. Food literally amazing. If you don't order the pancakes bites ... what are you even doing there ! On a serious note, everything was delicious
One of the few'instagrammable' restaurants that offers amazing food. I have been there twice & would definitely go back. I recommend trying the pancake bites 🤤 they were out of this world
