I came to Eva's for Sunday brunch, & despite the restaurant being absolutely packed, the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
The place was buzzing with energy, & there wasn't an empty table in sight. Despite how busy it was, the hostess & the manager went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They found us a table without making us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. That level of hospitality immediately set the tone for the rest of our visit.
The service throughout the meal was exceptional. The manager was genuinely one of the best hospitality professionals I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was attentive, welcoming, & made sure every guest felt looked after, even during one of the busiest brunch services imaginable.
The food arrived incredibly quickly, which was impressive considering how full the restaurant was. Everything came out hot, fresh, & absolutely delicious. Every dish was beautifully prepared, & you could tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve.
The atmosphere is exactly what a Sunday brunch should be. The music, the lively crowd, the energy, & the overall ambiance make you forget that the weekend is coming to an end & Monday is right around the corner. It's the perfect place to unwind, laugh, & enjoy an amazing meal with friends or family.
Eva's exceeded every expectation. Incredible food, exceptional service, & an atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. A huge thank you to the hostess, the manager, & the entire team for making our Sunday so memorable. I'll definitely be back, & I highly recommend it to anyone looking for one of the best brunch spots around
Le service était honnêtement l'un des meilleurs que j'ai reçus à Montréal. Toute l'équipe était accueillante, attentionnée & vraiment professionnelle. On sent qu'ils se soucient réellement de leurs clients.
La nourriture était tout aussi excellente. Chaque plat était délicieux & je n'ai absolument rien à reprocher.
C'est rare qu'un restaurant réussisse autant sur le service que sur la qualité de la cuisine. Je recommande Eva's sans hésiter & j'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner.

I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant. One of the first things that stood out to me was the exceptional service. I have honestly never seen such polite, friendly, & considerate staff at a restaurant. Our server, Gleb, went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. He was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in with a genuine smile & making us feel truly welcome. Great service like this makes a huge difference, & Gleb definitely made our visit memorable.
The restaurant itself has a beautiful atmosphere. I really liked the interior design, especially the tables & overall décor, which created a warm & inviting space. It was comfortable, stylish, & perfect for enjoying a relaxing meal.
For food, I ordered the quesadilla, & it was absolutely delicious. It was flavorful, well-prepared, & had an interesting combination of ingredients that made it stand out from a typical quesadilla. The portion size was satisfying, & everything tasted fresh.
Overall, this restaurant exceeded my expectations. Between the outstanding service, lovely ambiance, & tasty food, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience. I will happily return & look forward to trying more items from the menu.

Absolutely incredible food. Group of 8 had breakfast, sat in a line at the bar right in front of where the chefs prepare the food. I was extremely impressed watching them carefully prepare each dish. The food was amazing!! I would 100% recommend

Je suis revenue deux semaines plus tard cette fois avec des amies. Le service de Ricky était encore très attentionné & courtois. Le propriétaire est aussi très chaleureux & aimable. J'ai recommandé le même plat le Hightower, car les petites crêpes & les oeufs brouillés sont exceptionnels & j'y pensais depuis. Le matcha latte glacé est toujours aussi bon & l'assiette de fruits frais est magnifique. Même si Resy mentionnait que nous avions 1h15 pour le service, nous ne sommes pas senties pressées, car nous avons été assises dès notre arrivée & les plats ont tous été servis rapidement & simultanément même si nous étions un groupe. Vraiment un grand coup de coeur & ce sera mon endroit pour un déjeuner seule ou avec des amies.

Je suis venue un lundi pour un brunch seule. Le service par Ricky était exceptionnel! Tout le personnel est vraiment aimable & sympathique. On se sent bien accueilli par tous. J'ai adoré mon plat Hightower avec saumon (saumon délicieux & les oeufs & pancakes étaient particulièrement bons & réussis), bouchées de pancakes moelleuses & le matcha glacé (aussi excellent). L'endroit même est aussi magnifique & propre avec beaucoup d'art & la playlist est incroyable. J'y retournerai souvent c'est certain. J'ai aussi remarqué une nouvelle terrasse que j'essayerai la prochaine fois. :)
Incroyable, clairement mon brunch préféré à Montréal ! Les plats sont délicieux, généreux & la carte offre un large choix, autant pour le salé que de sucré. Le service est rapide, efficace, le personnel est accueillant & à l'écoute. Le lieu est agréable & parfait pour passer un bon moment. Je recommande sans hésiter !
Aujourd'hui j'ai voulu tester un nouvel endroit pour bruncher, mon amie & moi sommes donc aller au Eva, & la première chose que nous avons remarqué était l'excellent service de Rickie. Souriant, efficace & poli, il nous expliquer les choix sur la carte, parlait un peu de lui, répondait bien aux questions etc. On a également pu voir comment les autres serveurs interagissent & ils ont tous l'air aimable. On vous accueillie à la porte avec un sourire, c'est rare de nos jours de ressortir satisfait d'un service. Niveau ambiance, la musique était peut être un peu trop forte à notre goût, ce qui a compliqué notre communication. Cependant la décoration du resto est belle est cozy, on s'y sens a l'aise. Pour la cuisine, nous avons pris un pain perdu, qui avait un bon de canelle & était bien cuit. Les boules pancakes sont incroyables, bien sucré avec du colis qui fond dans la bouche. Les oeufs brouillés qui accompagnait était bien, mais un peu trop salée pour nous. Mon amie a bien aimé son bacon, & moi qui m'en mange pas, j'ai pris des saucisses qui étaient bonnes mais manquaient un peu de chaleur à leur arrivée. Les prix sont abordables pour un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande !!!!!
