Loved our experience at Eva's! The pancake bites were so amazing we ordered them twice. Our server Sami, made the experience even better. He was genuinely kind, attentive, & super helpful in guiding us through the menu while keeping our preferences & requirements in mind.
Overall, amazing food & even better service. Highly recommended - we can't wait to come back! 🍽?

Food was absolutely amazing, however service was terrible. Orders were forgotten & servers were more focused on getting orders than serving the food. Sat in front of the chefs bar & waited 10 minutes for food that was chilling right beside us. Luckily the chefs were so kind & attentive they just gave us our food. Ps. Chicken & waffles was not worth the $38 :/ still yummy tho

Eva's has a beautiful, modern architecture that makes the atmosphere feel fresh & inviting. The staff all seem genuinely happy to be there, & our server, Ivan, was extremely attentive & friendly. I had the best scrambled egg sandwich of my life - perfect texture & amazing flavor in every bite. The French toast was tasty but nothing particularly memorable, though I appreciated how light it was. Price-wise, really worth it!

Took a minute to be seated but for me it was more about being acknowledged. It's a nice, small space with great ambiance. I had a reservation but chose to sit at the bar instead of table… great decision. The food was ok, nothing surprised me per se. I consider myself a'foodie' so the menu was'basic' but ok & well cooked. The cocktails were good & our waitress was very nice & attentive. Good place to catch up with friends over a simple meal!

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm & inviting, with a cozy yet elegant vibe. The staff was incredibly friendly & attentive, making sure we felt right at home. The food? Absolutely outstanding! The ingredients were fresh, & you could tell everything was made with care. The attention to detail, both in the presentation & taste, really set this place apart. 2024: had the MTL cheesesteak sandwich & an espresso martini. Both perfect. Reservation system issue has been fixed. Service was efficient & attentive. My friend enjoyed her chicken & waffles as well as her spicy margarita. Lighting is fantastic. Music was a little loud for 2 PM haha. 2023: Everything was a long wait, even with reservations. One poor waiter was handling all the tables on a Sunday afternoon. Their reservation system charges you right away instead of charging you if you cancel like other places. Received my deposit in cash & not as a deduction on my bill as stated in the system. That being said, the sliders & the chicken & waffles were delicious. The sunrise mimosa was overpriced for what it was. Decor & music were nice.

Quality food, fantastic ambience, attentive service. Love that they take reservations so I don't need to wait in line for brunch! Everything I've had to eat was quality & I love that they have more ethnically diverse approach to their menu. The team is always open to feedback to improve the experience. I look forward to exploring the lunch menu. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This was my second time at Eva's! I loved it so much the first time & fell in love with the AWARMA CASSEROLE I had to have it again. So today I shared 3 dishes with my 2 friends: the Awarma casserole, the Baba Sabich & the fried chicken. SO PERFECT. The dishes are simple but so high quality. & the cocktails are also fantastic I had the SNAKE today. The service is also one of the best. The staff is so nice & makes you feel super welcomed. Smiley sweet & attentive. Make sure to say hi to the manager Shayan what a cutie. Music & ambiance also great. Nice intimate vibe! Def gonna be a regular spot this summer. Enjoy!
