Five stars!! The cocktails were AMAZING! & the bartender Danielle is such a lovely young lady. She made my favourite drink, mojito with NO ICE. I spilled it on my favourite corduroy pants & she replaced my drink no questions asked! She even gave me a clean cloth for my wet pants! I looked like i had peed my pants so i was a little embarrassed, but later i embraced it. 5ive stars!!!

When I walked in there was a big curtain, & nobody there. There should be a hostess to greet guests. I walked up to meet my friend. The food was great, very flavorful. Pricy drinks for the small size. Service was professional. Environment was nice, there was a DJ, pretty loud but good music. I would come back.
I really love Eva's, the food is always delicious, & the atmosphere is one of my favorites in Montreal. I don't live in the city, but every time I visit, Eva's is a must-stop for me. I've been many times & always enjoy it.
That said, the past two times I visited with a group (3 other guests), the wait times were quite long. Even with a reservation at 11:15 AM, we didn't receive our food until 12:45. The staff was very kind & apologetic & offered us complimentary drinks, which we appreciated.
A similar delay happened last year as well.
While I'll definitely keep coming back because I genuinely enjoy the food, I do hope the wait times for larger groups improve in the future
We'd only been to Eva's once before & were completely sold just with how good the food was. We returned on Sunday for my friend's birthday & the experience was spectacular. Our reservation slot was respected, we were welcomed in such a friendly way. Our waiter Ralph offered amazing service from start to finish, always checking in on us, made us laugh & smile, & when I had the smallest issue with my drink, he accommodated me & fixed the issue super quickly. The staff in general was also super sweet & serviable, the bartender that worked that shift was really fun & showed real skills with his concoctions. Needless to say, the food was a-ma-zing. I had the pancake bites, they were so warm & delicious. The only thing is that the music is a bit overly loud. They played a great selection & it added great vibes, but it had everyone shouting to hear each other, which isn't always enjoyable. All in all, top tier service, delicious food, we're definitely making this place our go-to.
Went for brunch on a Sunday morning with a friend. Even though we didn't have a reservation & the place was packed, we managed to get two seats at the bar pretty quickly, which was a nice surprise. The decor is stylish, the vibe is lively, the staff was nice, & the music was great.
Food-wise, everything we ordered was tasty & came out fast. However, I was disappointed to learn they don't have an espresso machine. So all coffee-based drinks are made with filtered coffee. At the price point of the menu, I expected better in that department. Also, a simple side of fruit will cost around $17, which felt excessive.
Overall, I'm glad I tried it once, but I'm not sure I'd go back.

I'm not sure how to start but I do know how to describe the overall experience: PERFECT🌷
We went for a girl's brunch & birthday & it did not disappoint, the food was absolutely delicious & filling.
The eggslut sandwich was amazing & very cheesy, the waffle with the fried chicken was super crunchy & yummy, & the additional portion of waffles was such a great way to end the brunch with a touch of sweetness & very light.
Special mention to the Pornstar Martini, it was out of this world & overall refreshing for a warm morning, it was delicious & I would go back just for it. It didn't feel too strong & complimented the rest of the brunch perfectly. The bartender was also very kind & made every drink with care 🌷
The restaurant itself is just so aesthetic & clean, the music is such a vibe. Just be sure to make a reservation since they're very often fully booked ( understandably so! )
We went to Eva's because we were attracted to the aesthetics of the pictures they shared online. The place looks really good. The staff provide good service. The food & drinks were lackluster for the prices. The iced coffee came in a long glass that contained so little liquid that it could be finished with 2 good gulps. It costs more than 10$ though. I ordered a breakfast sandwich priced like an entire meal. When I asked what came with the sandwich, the server told me nothing. You would think maybe the food is very good & that excuses the price. But no, it wasn't bad, but not a full meal price good. They serve sandwiches that could've been served by food trucks, not to say they were bad, but not worth the price.

If you're looking for a brunch spot with great vibes, delicious food, & a bit of soul, Eva's is definitely worth a visit! Highly recommended!
Overhyped "tiktock/insta" brunch place. Had made a reservation for Saturday morning with deposit required in case of no show, which is completely understandable. Was very excited to try out their waffle chicken plus their eva pancake. Upon ordering, server told us both of the items were not available, waffle machine is broken & pancakes are discontinued...( which we saw on instagram) Waffles & fried chiken were their signature plate....... What came down to the 2/5 stars was this eggplant dish. This dish is like, drinking oil. The eggplant was over-drenched with oil including the nan bread. Ate the 1/4 of the plate, the only thing acceptable was the boiled eggs. We are super disappointed in this overpriced brunch spot. The crepe bites definitely saved this review from getting a zero.

I had such a lovely time at Eva's. The service was amazing, the staff were friendly, the environment was aesthetically pleasing & beautiful. I had the house lemonade to drink & I ordered the chicken & waffles. The waffles are AMAZING!!!!! & they have this delicious butter that you put on top, the chicken tenders were juicy & the coating was crunchy & well seasoned. I also had the pancake stack & that was delicious too.
Easily one of the dopest spots in town. Food , Vibes , Music , comfort, service...All incredibly strong. I'd highly reccomend the brunch & the lunch ! I can't even pin point one item. I'll just say you must try it all. Owner sources local quality ingredients daily so you can really taste n feel the passion. Plus on nights you feeling frisky & want to get out, on select evenings they do R&B nights with immaculate cocktails n sensational desserts. Perfect for date nights or going out with the crew. I'm hoping they re open for dinner one day but for now ill be there catching meals , drinks as often as possible! If you like food with off the chart flavors & Vibes to match ...Hit up EVA's. ✌🏽
We went in for some drinks around 9ish. Host told us it would be tough to get a seat for my party of three. The place was nearly empty. He offered us to sit at the empty bar, but wouldn't allow us to take the corner where the three of us could talk to each other. It was to "make room for others". The server was super friendly but the vibes were bad. So we went for a drink somewhere else nearby. As we passed by on our way home around 10:30ish, the place was still empty ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Came for brunch with a decent sized group for brunch (6 people). Everyone ordered drinks. I had an espresso martini & it was maybe one of the best espresso martinis I've ever had. To eat, I got the McLovin, which was so sweet & savoury, & absolutely delicious! Our waiter, Tim, took such great care of us. He gave us world class service. We felt so welcomed that we almost didn't even want to leave when the meal was over. Thanks for everything Tim. We'll be back 1000%
I have been to Eva's 3 times now & I am truly never disappointed. The food is more than delicious & the service is impeccable. Everything you eat has a explosion of flavours & the vibes are generally so good. 1000% recommend whether you wanna eat, drink, vibe or all three.
Shared a business brunch with my colleagues & supplier yesterday - & the vibes were emmaculate! Food was tasty & the portions were very generous. The drinks were delicious as well. Can't wait to visit Eva's again!
