Came across this place in a last minute search for a restaurant/venue to host my nieces Baptism. With the event being only a month away I called in hopes it was available. Thankfully it was. I hired an event planner Omega Design Events to take care of the planning. Maurice asked if we'd like to stop by to see it that same day & we decided to go see the banquet room & have lunch there before we made the decision.

The private space was beautiful, & the perfect size to host the 75 guest we are planning to have. The room is so nice that minimal decorations will be needed.

The food was amazing. We tried the Fettuccine Alfredo w/chicken, the beef Lasagna, & the Chicken Parmigiano. We also tried the Fried Calamari. Everything was delicious.

We decided to book the place for our event, & we can't wait! I will update my review of my nieces Baptism in a month.

We went to Porto Vino on DECARIE last night for dinner!. It was my first time going & Wow I absolutely loved the food… my meal was outstanding, Rose the waitress was wonderful… The hostess who happens to be a co owner was so welcoming & wonderful! The ambience perfect! This is now definitely going to be my go to restaurant for Italian cuisine! Thank you for a fabulous evening 😍😍😍

Nous étions un groupe de 22 personnes pour célébrer ma fête. La réservation était prévue pour 10 h 30, mais plusieurs personnes sont finalement arrivées vers 11 h. Je comprends tout à fait que cela puisse compliquer l'organisation du service, mais malheureusement, l'attitude des serveurs envers nous a été très désagréable pendant une grande partie du brunch.

Nous avons constamment eu l'impression d'être pressés de manger & de libérer les tables. On nous répétait que le service était limité à deux heures, alors que le restaurant était loin d'être plein & qu'il y avait très peu de clients. Nous avions vraiment l'impression de déranger plutôt que d'être les bienvenus.

Cela dit, nous avons tous beaucoup aimé la nourriture : elle était excellente! Les plats étaient vraiment délicieux & c'est clairement un point fort du restaurant. Le manager, de son côté, a été correct & professionnel avec nous, ce que j'ai apprécié.

C'est vraiment le service qui doit être amélioré. Je comprends qu'une grande réservation demande plus d'organisation & qu'il puisse y avoir certaines contraintes de temps, mais la façon de communiquer avec les clients fait toute la différence. Nous étions là pour célébrer un événement important & nous aurions aimé nous sentir davantage accueillis & appréciés.

En résumé : excellente nourriture, mais service à améliorer. Avec un service plus chaleureux & accueillant, notre expérience aurait été beaucoup plus positive.

Went for lunch & very impressed. This place was amazing in every respect. Best grilled chicken salad ever. Prompt & pleasant service. Atmosphere was super! I will be back!
