Extremely overpriced. Very expensive for mediocre food. Fries cold & stale. Meal that required two plates brought 5-10 minutes apart. Not a good experience overall. Staff relatively friendly. Would not go back & do not recommend.

Nous sommes venues entre amies pour passer un bon moment, mais le comportement du gérant a complètement gâché notre visite. Une de mes amies n'a tout simplement pas aimé son plat & a demandé s'il était possible de le changer. Au lieu de réagir avec compréhension, le gérant a commencé à lui poser une série de questions, comme si elle devait se justifier : est-ce qu'elle avait lu le menu, est-ce qu'elle aimait les oeufs, pourquoi elle n'aimait pas… Le ton était franchement déplacé & donnait l'impression qu'elle avait fait quelque chose de mal, alors qu'elle n'aimait juste pas le goût.
À la fin, quand l'une de nous avait exprimé que son attitude n'était pas appropriée, le gérant nous a répondu :'J'espère que vous ne reviendrez plus.'
C'est inacceptable pour un établissement qui reçoit des clients. Un minimum de respect & de professionnalisme est attendu.
Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Très mauvaise expérience. Le gérant a fait preuve d'un manque total de respect & de professionnalisme. Sa manière de communiquer avec les clients est agressive & irrespectueuse. J'ai également ressenti une attitude discriminatoire, ce qui est inacceptable dans un établissement qui reçoit du public. Je ne recommande absolument pas
From the chefs, the hosts, the crew & the management, I cannot say enough great things about Eva's in Royalmount. As soon as the doors open for business, it fills up quickly with hungry patrons looking for a hearty fixing of breakfast & brunch classics. Some exciting curveballs thrown in to exhibit a range of flavor & influence from different geographic locales.
The Chicken & Waffles served up unlike any other on the island. The eggslut is indulgence personified, & of course you can't go to Eva's & NOT have their photo-worthy Sunrise mimosa. Bagel & Lox? Got it. Sausage, Bacon & Eggs? I got that too. French toast? It didn't stand a chance on my plate. The Philly? You'll find it done here like no other place. Highly recommend. Go enjoy & show your love for the homegrown Real City talent. This is fresh excess at it's best.
Yes, it's competitively priced, but you'll find satisfaction & value at all price points offered on the menu. For the entire family to enjoy! A+ -KG

Agatha. OMG the food here was so good & the service was 10 on 10. I loved it so much. I highly recommend everybody to come here. The coffee is superior. Definitely the best brunch place in Montréal. The service was the best part of it.😍
I had such a wonderful experience at this brunch spot! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, & generous, they really made us feel taken care of from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, & beautifully prepared. On top of that, the atmosphere was warm & inviting, making it a really lovely place to relax & enjoy brunch. Highly recommend, & I'll definitely be coming back!

This was my first visit to Eva's restaurant. I tried the chicken Quesadilla. It was pretty good. Well seasoned & served with a dollop of sour cream + pickled jalapeno slices. The very nice waiter recommended I try the mini pancakes with fruit that he said is a very popular item on the menu. Rightfully so. It was delicious. To drink I got the lemonade which had a light fizz & a zingy lemony flavor. Lightly sweetened which was perfect. Overall good experience. Will definitely go there again.

J'étais vraiment enthousiaste de découvrir.
Nous étions 2 à passer un moment j'ai trouvé nos 2 plats très ordinaires c'était pas mauvais mais c'était pas bon non plus.
Le service était vraiment très bon. Le staff était très agréable.
Les cafés / boissons étaient vraiment bons / bonnes.
Si je reviens c'est pour un café mais pas pour manger.
On retrouve des brunchs similaires & mieux partout à Montréal.

Super resto de brunch ! Service impécable & repas succulent je recommande j ai pris le hightower ! Can t go wrong ! So so good ! Petit coup de coeur aussi pour les Pains dorés challah incroyable !
A friend & I stopped in for coffee & brunch over the holiday season. Service from the staff was exemplary, especially considering how busy they were on this day!
We shared a few brunch plates & sandwiches, & loved every bite! Portions were great & everything tasted fresh & made with care. Our coffees were equally as perfect.
I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a trendy & delicious meal!
Overall good food with excellent service. Everyone was very friendly & we were able to get a table even without a reservation on a busy day. The sausages were a bit dry but the pancakes are a must try, they were delicious! The coffee doesn't come with the brunch plate so a little expensive, but would still recommend to try out this place.

The food was fresh, well seasoned, & cooked to perfection. The staff was very professional & friendly, attended to all my needs, always had a smile & very warm. The service was excellent, didn't wait on anything, everything was coming on time. Atmosphere was great, seating arrangements excellent. Very clean as well. Would highly recommend coming here with friends, family, significant other or even just solo.
J'ai eu un excellent service de la part de tout le monde surtout le monsieur avec des tresses. Je recommande vraiment les bouché de pancake, les meilleurs que j'ai manger a vie
A staff member kicked my family out despite us having a valid reservation, with no explanation & an openly VERY hostile attitude. The way we were treated felt discriminatory & deeply humiliating, & honestly raises serious concerns about possible racism. Completely unacceptable behavior - we will never return & do not recommend this place to anyone.
