Waited quite a while before my order was taken. I had to ask the hostess when will l be seen , as people that came in after were being served. Waitress was friendly & l got my food fast.

Je suis client depuis 1 an nous venons deux fois par semaine nous avon toujour la meme serveuse qui est la meilleur & nous constaton un mouvement incroyable des serveuses dans se restaurent les meilleurs serveuse parte une apres lautre & ma serveuse a quiter aussi & depyis se temps le service in tres mauvais ont moffre un cafe mes ne viens pas le servir je dois me lever pour lui redemander le restaurent est presque vide & mes patate arrive froide la serveuse est tres gentille mes se preocupe pas de nous & je la regarde & je remarque quel prefere avoir du plaisir avec dautre serveus derriere le comptoire au lieu de soccuper de nous cest triste mes vous aller perdre un client assidue cela nous prend plus que la gentillesse & des excuse pour nous avoir oublier & cela se repete maintenant tout les fin de semaine je crois que le probleme se situe surtout a la direction

I'll start with the major problem I had: the dirtiness. The hostess tried to sit us twice at a dirty table. Not just a bit dirty, very dirty. I had to point it out each time so she would understand this is not ok. Secondly, they brought my kid's drink with a straw with no packaging & she was holding it with her bare fingers.
Then a minor issue, I ordered a dish asking explicitly to remove one of the ingredients. It arrived without my request fulfilled. She realized upon giving us the plates at least. I don't mind much but think about people with allergies or other strong reactions.
For the service, very friendly but the hostess kept talking to us in English when we were speaking French. (I personally don't mind but please think about those who don't speak English like my kid who can't understand anything).

Otherwise the food is on par with other Allo Mon Coco restaurants, was very fast to be served. & we had a good time overall.
A bit on the noisy side for the atmosphere but to be expected for a brunch plate.

We came in today for brunch with my Spanish family & had an absolutely wonderful experience. We were served by an amazing woman named Gloria, & her service was impeccable from beginning to end.

She was incredibly attentive & quick to take our orders, & she did not make a single mistake. She continuously came by to refill our coffee & made sure we never needed anything. What impressed us even more was that she took the time to speak Spanish with my family, which made them feel especially welcome & comfortable.

Gloria is truly an amazing waitress & a wonderful representative of your restaurant. Her professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, & warm personality made our brunch memorable.

Congratulations on having such an exceptional woman on your team. We will definitely be coming back because of the experience she gave us.

I hadst a most wondrous experience at this fine establishment. Our waitress, Danielle, didst attend to us with the utmost respect & most commendable manner. Might I add, the potatoes which Danielle didst recommend unto me were outrageously delectable, a delight beyond measure. I offer mine sincerest thanks unto this establishment for bestowing upon me such an outstanding gourmand experience. Verily, a feast worthy of the highest praise!
