I was really disappointed with this brunch spot. The food was extremely average & honestly tasted like something straight out of Costco's frozen section. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality & freshness.
The portions weren't anything special, & the flavors were pretty bland. Considering how expensive the menu is, it just doesn't feel worth it at all. There are definitely better brunch places around that offer fresher food & much better value.
From the chefs, the hosts, the crew & the management, I cannot say enough great things about Eva's in Royalmount. As soon as the doors open for business, it fills up quickly with hungry patrons looking for a hearty fixing of breakfast & brunch classics. Some exciting curveballs thrown in to exhibit a range of flavor & influence from different geographic locales.
The Chicken & Waffles served up unlike any other on the island. The eggslut is indulgence personified, & of course you can't go to Eva's & NOT have their photo-worthy Sunrise mimosa. Bagel & Lox? Got it. Sausage, Bacon & Eggs? I got that too. French toast? It didn't stand a chance on my plate. The Philly? You'll find it done here like no other place. Highly recommend. Go enjoy & show your love for the homegrown Real City talent. This is fresh excess at it's best.
Yes, it's competitively priced, but you'll find satisfaction & value at all price points offered on the menu. For the entire family to enjoy! A+ -KG

I had such a wonderful experience at this brunch spot! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, & generous, they really made us feel taken care of from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, & beautifully prepared. On top of that, the atmosphere was warm & inviting, making it a really lovely place to relax & enjoy brunch. Highly recommend, & I'll definitely be coming back!
2nd visit to this mall. Had Sunday brunch with reservations, it was busy & the service was ok. Staff is very friendly. Had the Hightower & it was pretty good. Fruits were fresh & the mini pancakes were amazing. Yes, it's pricey but you have to consider the location. I would definitely return since the mall offers free 4 hour parking.
A friend & I stopped in for coffee & brunch over the holiday season. Service from the staff was exemplary, especially considering how busy they were on this day!
We shared a few brunch plates & sandwiches, & loved every bite! Portions were great & everything tasted fresh & made with care. Our coffees were equally as perfect.
I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a trendy & delicious meal!
the food is really average - portions are really small for the price. They don't serve freshly squeezed orange juice, they use juice from a carton box. They don't serve hot chocolate, they heat up one that they buy from a carton box at the grocery store….I went with a group of 5 on a monday morning & the service was really bad. We waited 35 minutes for coffees, at least 20 minutes for someone to get our order, they kept forgetting add ons or they got my friend's egg order wrong. I paid 53$ incl. tips & taxes for a smoked salmon bagel (a very thin layer of smoked salmon, barely noticed there was any smoked salmon honestly), half an avocado & a matcha latté that wasn't even that good. Anyways, we are never going back there…
The food was fresh, well seasoned, & cooked to perfection. The staff was very professional & friendly, attended to all my needs, always had a smile & very warm. The service was excellent, didn't wait on anything, everything was coming on time. Atmosphere was great, seating arrangements excellent. Very clean as well. Would highly recommend coming here with friends, family, significant other or even just solo.

We went for a b-day celebration & we were two people. They found a table for us within 6 minutes of arriving (wait time) & service was a little slow to start ( they were slammed) but was impeccable. Cocktails were delicious ( whisky sour for my friend- was not on cocktail menu but they made it any way & I had a pineapple mojito) both were spot on. Ordered the Salmon platers - fresh salmon with fresh capers, side plate of bagels, cucumbers & red onion). We saw an operator owner who even busing the tables for a quick turnover. When he overheard it was my birthday, he came over & gave us the red carpet of attention & made our outing very special. Side plate of dollar pancakes with fruits in a light sugary sauce was Incredible & very appreciated. This is an owner Shah) who cares & wants your experience to be a dining experience. Couldn't expound enough superlatives to tell him , how we appreciated his service. Will go back often & bring friends..

My husband & I had an amazing time. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm & inviting, & Shawn was incredibly friendly & attentive. The food was absolutely delicious - every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, & full of flavour . Recommend it for sure.
Evenn though this restaurant is located in a food court, I see it as a high-quality brunch spot rather than a fast-paced food court place. I had the lox bagel, & it was genuinely one of the best I've had - & I'm from Montreal. The ingredients, like the lox & avocado, were noticeably fresh & high-quality, far from typical diner or fast-food standards.
It can get very busy at times, & while the service could use a little improvement, overall the food is excellent. I really enjoy coming here & will definitely be back. The only thing is that they didn't ask me whether I wanted sugar in my matcha so it's bit sweet.

Service was excellent, but on a very limited menu, the restaurant did not have any fresh juice left (orange & grapefruit), no more sausages, had run out of quesadillas... we had to order other items which were quite pricey, ended up paying 130$ for 3 breakfasts that were not what we wanted originally. Quite disappointing for a Sunday at 11am, not worth the high price.
Lily gave us an amazing service! We were a group of 7 & with kids but everything was smooth & wonderful! Amazing food, staff, vybe! 10/10 must try! Everything was fresh & tasty!
i love going to evas & my daughter loves it too! shah & all of the employees made my baby feel so special for her birthday brunch, the food is always fresh & the vibes with the music is always on point. i recommend to visit with friends or family.
