Other food options are average & inconsistent. The service can be extremely slow. We've waiting up to an hour for our food. The waiters & bus boys are not attentive & are often just chatting instead of paying attention. Priced are a little high especially for breakfast. Overall there are better options at Royalmount.
The service is warm & welcoming. The pollo fuego was really good 9/10, the crispy chicken has a nice kick to it. The club is a classic, can't go wrong with that choice 8/10. French toast was a good way to end, with the right amount of sweet 9/10.
Tasty brunch place with big dishes that can be shared. Tried the waffles & fried chicken, the mini pancakes dish & club sandwich.
The food is simply delicious. Get the chicken & waffles. You'll thank me later.
Great service too by a lovely Latina, who spoke Spanish with my friend. Will be back.
Went for brunch with my friend.
My friend had the chicken & waffle(plate was well presented),I had the chicken tender bucket .& just to say,the chicken was perfectly seasoned(batter & all).
We loved the atmosphere & the waiter (Thomas)was very pleasant.
Will be visiting again😋
Staff was warm upon arrival & constantly checked in throughout my visit. I had chicken & waffles & when I say it was delicious, it was delicious. Chicken was well seasoned & tender.
Love the pancakes & fried chicken, cozy atmosphere & great service. Love Evas!
Good food. Fried chicken is a must ! Pancakes are also very good.
Lovely terrasse. If you eat inside, please note the restaurant is in the food court.
A little expensive.
Very nice club sandwich. Good bread, chicken & bacon. Good fries.
Latte was lukewarm & in a small cup.
This was hands down the most heartbreaking brunch experience. & the 31$ (27$ + tax) just added to the tragedy…
Let's break it down, shall we?
🫶🏻Two eggs - 6$ (Laid by a Michelin-starred chicken, I assume.)
🫶🏻Four slices of bacon - 8$ (Hand-massaged & serenaded before cooking?)
🫶🏻One tiny toast - 5$ (Probably sourced from an exclusive artisanal bread vault.)
🫶🏻 A spoonful of yogurt - 4$ (Was it aged in a cave? Who knows.)
🫶🏻A spoonful of fruit - 5$ (Each berry was likely harvested under a full moon.)
🫶🏻Tax - 3$ (A priceless experience… if only it had been good.)
At that price, I expected a life-changing meal. Instead, I left with a lighter wallet & a profound appreciation for home-cooked brunch.
We went around noon for a brunch on a Sunday. The food is good, but nothing crazy as the chicken tenders were so salty. As for the grilled cheese & the pancakes, they were good (hopefully since it's really hard the mess up them)…
On the other hand, the location is great & the staff is friendly.
Went during a slow weekday for lunch & had to wait about 40 minutes for our chicken tenders to be served. The tenders were overcooked & overly battered. I do not recommend the Royalmount location.
