Hayder, my friend at @grillades.amira, prepared my meal, spoke with me about my day, & I left happy. Sometimes hospitality is not only about food - it is about being welcomed with sincerity.
Dinner was beautiful.
Perfectly marinated chicken served with fresh vegetables & homemade touches everywhere.
The chicken was tender, deeply seasoned, & wonderfully flavorful. Period.
The salad was crisp & fresh, paired with a beautiful homemade dressing & sauce.
The potatoes, carrots, & zucchini arrived hot, buttery, fresh, & absolutely delicious.
A warm beginning for what feels like a place made with heart.

Ordered a few times & quality kept dropping. Also they forgot my clams when I ordered the sea food platter for take out. Very upset, please gimme compensation. Thanks
What a great surprise. A small & delicious gem. I got a huge bowl of merguez, rice, potatoes,hummus & veggies with a soda for $32 & I couldn't finish it. The portions are huge, perfectly cooked & delicious. The little down side is that the place is very tiny & noisy as the waiters speak very loud & the kitchen is right there however I would definitely go again or perhaps order to go.
The food & service is nothing short of exceptional. Sejul & his team provide an amazing experience & a welcoming atmosphere. I loved the food & I'll definitely be going back

Très belle expérience chez Grillades Amira ! La nourriture est vraiment excellente : savoureuse, bien assaisonnée & préparée avec soin. On sent la qualité des ingrédients & l'attention portée aux détails dans chaque plat.
Le service est aussi un gros point fort : rapide, professionnel & surtout très accueillant. On se sent bien pris en charge dès l'arrivée, & l'équipe est attentive sans être envahissante, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable.
L'ambiance est simple mais chaleureuse, parfaite pour un repas entre amis ou en famille.
En résumé : très bon restaurant avec une excellente bouffe & un service au top. Je recommande sans hésite

Solide shawarma. J'ai pris un trio avec patates & boisson; un cola algérien (rafraîchissant d'ailleurs). C'était pas mal bon!
Je n'ai pas tant trippé sur les patates cependant. Je les ai trouvées sèches, fades & insuffisamment assaisonnées. J'ai aussi trouvé que le tout était un peu cher payé pour ce type de combo & la quantité servie. Mais bon! Je suis tout se même rassasié.
Viandes succulentes mais les à-côtés (salade, patate, riz & légumes une miette de chaque).
On n'est pas vraiment rassasié pour le prix

Dommage mais la viande est un delice cuite sur du charbon. Elle fond dans la 🤑

Nous avons passé un superbe moment en famille au resto de LAVAL : lieu spacieux, propre & accueillant, places de stationnement....... La nourriture est tout simplement exquise délicieuse ...... Pour les''carnivores'', c'est un régal 😁.........& le plus important c'est l'amabilité & le service du personnel. Nous avons été servis par Riadh qui est très agréable & de très bon conseil 😊

I had been in town for a few nights & was disappointed by the food & restaurants I had come across, so naturally, when I pulled up to this place, I had second thoughts. The hanging plastic by the door serving as a weather barrier, along with the abandoned-looking storefront next door, did not exactly inspire confidence.
Still, I decided to give it a chance & walked through the door. My heart sank a little more when I first entered, as the space was filled with smoke from the cooking & grilling. It was not unpleasant, but it was definitely noticeable at first.
That final bit of courage to sit down made all the difference. The food was absolutely delicious, packed with amazing flavor, & the staff were incredibly friendly & welcoming. Truly amazing food. It is definitely a gem in the dessert.

What really stood out was the attention to detail, both in presentation & service. Everything felt thoughtfully done, & it made the meal even more enjoyable. Whether you're going for a casual dinner or a special outing, this place is definitely worth a visit. I'll be coming back for sure!
