hen comes the second addition to this beloved area, Le Toledo. This bakery celebrates the art of breadmaking with an artisanal vision rooted in local flours and slow fermentation, offering sourdough breads, all-butter viennoiseries, and a variety of products designed to bring people together and nourish the community.

Together, these two openings really show the richness of the neighborhood, between pastry finesse and baking know-how. A good bakery was missing in the area, and honestly, a pastry shop too since Rhubarbe closed. So yes, two very nice additions to this lively and well-loved neighborhood!
