ordinaire les assiettes était sans couleur fade 3 repas de ribs frites & le rack de ribs rien d'autre le santa fe un peu mieux nous avons pris un entrée de nachos ordinaire l'huile utilieé pour la sauce avait un gout de vieux bref avec pourboir obligatoire 225$ pour 4 110 aurait été un prix juste

Wonderful dining experience at Bâton Rouge. Everything was delicious. The Chicken & Mushrooms dish was juicy & tender with a lovely mushroom gravy, the accompanying mashed potatoes paired beautifully with the chicken & were light & fluffy. The Grilled Peach salad screams summer, so yummy! & the club sandwiches are a notch above your average club, with amazing flavours. All dishes were more than generous in portion size. Staff at Bâton Rouge are the best! We always enjoy our dining experience at this amazing restaurant. The quality & service is always Five Star & they always go above & beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend Bâton Rouge for special occasions & daily dining.

My family & I had the pleasure of a gastronomic feast from Bâton Rouge in Sherbrooke recently. As it was a birthday celebration & the birthday gal is wheelchair-bound, we opted for takeout. My husband & I were visiting from out of town, so we planned our meals around Bâton Rouge & I am so happy we did. Our first night in Sherbrooke, the three of us ordered the filet mignon. The generous sized filets were all cooked to perfection & absolutely delicious, melt in your mouth supreme excellence. Honestly, the best filet mignon ever. The accompanying garlic mashed potatoes were light & fluffy. The next day for lunch we ordered the salmon & rice for six people. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The salmon was delicious & tender. For dinner that night, it was full racks of ribs for three people. The ribs were fall off the bone amazing. Of course we ordered salads & soup with our three meals, which were all extremely satisfying. Not only were our meals delicious, they were carefully packaged. One critical factor in our dining experience was the service we received from Antonio, a.k.a Anthony. This person was professional, friendly & first class. He knows how to make his customers smile with gratitude. I will certainly return to Bâton Rouge in Sherbrooke the next time we are visiting. This was the best meal & service we have ever received from a restaurant. Bâton Rouge Sherbrooke is a must for any foodie. Many thanks to Antonio & his highly competent staff. Bravo!

Mother's Day 2023 was perfect because of our meals from Bâton Rouge. Manager Antonio always makes sure the filet mignon is cooked just the way we like it.
July of 2023 was yet another perfect time to treat our wheelchair-bound Mom to Bâton Rouge. & again, Antonio made sure everything we ordered was perfection. While everything on the menu is beyond delicious (salmon, chicken, salads, desserts) the filet mignon is a must try. Many thanks to Antonio & his awesome staff! No photos yet because when you have a beautiful meal in front of you, sometimes you forget. Photos for sure with our next order. 💕

We were well greated at the reception.
Looks like it was expected for us to speak French with our waiter as he asked us if we spoke French.
He had no smile through out the night.
We ordered some calamari that was over cooked.
We ordered a plate of shrimp & rib, a plate of rib & a plate a burger for kid which was fine.
We did not get any napkins or wet towel, we had to ask for condiments for my son's burger & fries that never came.
We had to get up after 15 minutes to ask for condiments.
We never got a refill of water even though the table right next to us had some mid way through their meal.
This is our second time with poor service in Sherbrooke.
We will not go back to that specific baton Rouge, we will try other restaurants in Sherbrooke instead.

Visited last sunday, parking space is huge & free. Dine plus bar space has good atmosphere. Ordered - wings were good & sauce was good. Ribs were average! Local beer was good Overall good experience

I was disappointed in the portions of baby back ribs in the plate for my son. So a 3 for me. The food was great in quality however. A very swag place. Thanks.

My birthday dinner was greatly anticipated but reality didn't meet expectations. Dinner started with calamari & was done nicely.I ordered prime rib with the extra amount, my partner ordered surf & turf. Meals were brought out in a timely manner but the quality left a lot to be desired. My prime rib was over 50% fat & grizzle & it was inedible. I called our server over & showed him, he than offered another plate, a little better but still 50% inedible. The flavor was better with the second piece. My partners surf & turf had a NY strip that wasn't tender & a very small lobster tail. For a restaurant that has meat as a specialty, it left a great deal to be desired. Certainly not worth $230.00. No manager came to the table to check after the second plate arrived or as we were leaving. Disappointment is an understatement.

Just about the worst prime rib I've ever had. Can't believe that a restaurant can serve so poor quality of food & still be in business. Been there done that for me. You won't see my face again.

Ribs are supposed to be their specialty & yet they were dry & without much taste. We were 6 adults & 5 children. 3 adults ordered ribs & we all had the same opinion. We were the same people that went about 2 years ago & I complimented the chef for the ribs, so something has changed.

Started with a drink at the bar. The head waitress that took my order was dry & curt. The waitresses that prepared & served my drink order & later my food order were amicable & warm. They deserve the honorable mention for service. The food however was disappointing. My ribs were dry & & the truffle parmesan fries only tasted of cheap jared garlic. The portions are far from generous for the price. The beef tenderloin was butterflied & served with steamed frozen vegetables. I expected a lot more for the price. I will not be going back.

I ordered the ribs with sweet potato fries & was pleased with the food. Unfortunately, we had to wait for almost 30 minutes after the server took our plates to be able to order some coffee.

Les spares ribs étaient trop cuites ça goûtait le brûlé & la bavette demandé médium bien cuit & c'était saignant.

Les Ribs était calciné...mon fils avait pris un rack & demi & moi un rack. Il y'a avait plus de viande son sa moitié de rack que sur nos 2 rack combiné. Ils nous ont donné chacun un dessert pour l'inconvénient mais je ne suis pas aller chez bâton rouge pour manger un dessert mais des ribs !!!

Le service a été médiocre Ça pris plus de trente minutes a avoir un verre d'eau La serveuse n est jamais revenue nous voir si tout était correct ( on aurait bien aimé car le filet mignon était plein de nerfs par contre les ribs étaient délicieux)
C'est la première fois que nous sommes désappointés de Bâton Rouge
