We visited the Old Port of Montreal, Quebec & we've started going to The Keg Restaurant about twenty years ago. They've been a favorite spot for us to dine. Sirloin steak was perfectly cooked & service was amazing as always.

Superb food, service, ambiance, & location. Samuel our waiter was fantastic & super friendly. He was very efficient, kind, & knowledgeable with his recommendations. He was just perfect. The bartender Marc made the best Pina Coladas with Baileys I've ever had in Montreal. Other than going to Mexico or the Carribean, the Keg Pina Coladas are heavenly. My mother loved her blackened chicken, & I enjoyed my ribeye "Chicago style." This dinner was the absolute highlight of our trip. The Old Port is our favorite Keg location in Canada. We've been visiting Keg restaurants since 1998. We do miss the fish tank they used to have in the back near the restrooms.
My wife & I went here for our final day in Montreal. Didn't disappoint! Dinner was delicious & the atmosphere, being in Old Montreal, was fantastic. Thank you!
At a steak house we surely ordered beef steaks without hesitation. Keg classics sounds like combos which include salads & accompaniments such as patatos or mushed califlower along with the main course steaks. Besides the "combo" appetizer or soup are additional orders not including in Keg Classics. We ordered escargots as appetizers & top sirloin 6oz & prime rib 10 oz. The foods are very presentable in good looking. & beef "medium" cooked as we requested. Only two regrets: the first, Prime rib steak was roasted not grilled compared to grilled top sirloin steak; the second, the garlic mushed patoto, twice cooked patato & escargots are bit too salty. But overall, everything is good. Service is OK too.

My wife & I visited The Keg in Montreal due to having had a great experience/meal in the one in Calgary. Food, service & atmosphere were all top notch. We both enjoyed our meals & thought they were well worth the price. I highly recommend going to The Keg Steakhouse + Bar!

Great location, great ambience, great service & great food. Located in one of the best streets in Montreal for drinks & food, the place is really big with seats inside & outside during summer. Love their Prime rib & it comes with lots of sides, the twice baked potato is my suggestion, even the salad is a treat. There is seafood available if you want to mix it up, also a great option. Good wines & beers too. Definitely on the expensive side depending on what is ordered but worth it.
Food mostly ok, but the lukewarm IPA beer was terrible. Tartare to start nothing to write-home about, the steaks & ribs were excellent. The place is too big, dark & loud music, very generic atmosphere
As always, everything was perfect. The food was exceptional! One thing to know, it takes around 1h for your order to arrive so be aware!
