If you want to go to a place for a meal you know you're going to love. You can't lose with the Keg. Anytime I'm in Montreal I always make at least one stop in this location. Aside from the great food they truly have an amazing staff there that has always been more than friendly & welcoming. Absolutely recommend this particular Keg.
Les légumes étaient bien assaisonnés, viande bonne cuisson, accompagnement excellent, le vin recommandé par la serveuse était bon en bouche, très belle ambiance.
Except for the lady who served us at the bar while we were waiting for our table, everything was excellent. The service, the ambiance & the food. I strongly recommend this place.
Sat in the lounge Feb 15th for a 9pm reservation. I wish we remembered our server's name but he was wonderful! We were sat on time, in a booth, which I asked for in the reservation notes. $150 for rib steak, 14oz prime rib & sangria pitcher before tip. Quite pricey to me but I don't go to these type of places, I was given a gift card, so maybe that's on the cheap end of steakhouse prices? I'll leave that for you to decide. I'd definitely go back if given another gift card (or if I had the money to spare) & I must say it was the best steak I've ever eaten! Perfectly rare throughout, verging near blue rare close to the bone which is my preference. Their steak knives are incredibly dull though, pretty difficult to cut with. Sangria pitcher was huge & strong for the price. My partner liked the prime rib but said he preferred the steak I ordered- from trying the prime rib, it was a bit dry & I wouldn't really recommend it if you're craving steak. However it was the last of that size for the night, so it's probably better earlier in the day. The red wine sauce was great. Again, our server was absolutely fantastic & made sure the kitchen had the prime rib in the size we wanted. So in short, if you're comfortable with the price, I'd recommend this place.
Coûteux, mais toujours délicieux & bien servi. Jamais été déçu par mes repas au Keg peu importe où! Je recommande pour tout les amateurs de viande!
Réserved & arrived 15 minutes earlier got sitted directly. New York peppercorn & sirloin with seafood & a bottle of wine except around 220$. I do recommend this keg! I parked 5 minutes walking since no parking around there.
Superbe expérience, nous sommes arrivés 5 minutes avant que les cuisines ferment & nous avons quand même reçu un bel accueil courtois. Veronique, notre serveuse était très attentive & professionnelle. Bon rapport qualité/prix! Je recommande vivement
My wife & I had an amazing dinner here & am looking forward to returning. The lamb was excellently prepared. 10/10 would recommend!
5-Stars all round this was an amazing evening. Visited with work colleagues early Nov 23. Service was excellent. I really liked that the servers knew the menu & could recommend dishes. Main course I had the prime rib which is probably one of, if not best steak I have ever tasted. So beautifully cooked, great marbling & horseradish cleared my head. Thanks to the team. Really great night out in Montreal as a visitor.
The steak was cooked perfect!
All the food was delicious & the service was also great! They also gave us an ice cream cake as it was my birthday! We went at 6pm & it was not too crowded. I recommend making a reservation before you visit this restaurant!
Omg! If you're a steak fan, this is for you! I highly recommend the filet mignon "Chicago" cooked, it's awesome!
We went there as a big group, our waiter was the best honestly! I don’t remember his name nor is it on our receipts but he went above & beyond to make sure we were all seated at the table, gave recommendations & delivered with care! I took a New York au poivre, tasted amazing, fill of flavor & the potato was up to the expectations as well! I definitely recommend 😍
The only downside about this location is the parking availability… gotta make sure to be there at least 30 min before your reservation to find parking (on weekends)
Bonjour ou bonsoir.Je m'appelle Jérémie, j'ai dix ans. Je vous recommande fortement ce déliçieux resto.La nouriture est délicieuse & je vous jure que quand vous sortez de ce resto vous n'avez plus faim! Le service est rapide & les serveurs (serveuses) sont très gentils(les). Ma soeur de 6 ans a une restriction alimentaire, il ne peut y avoir plus de 5% de sel dans ses repas mais nous avons quand même trouvé quelque chose qu'elle peut manger,repas & dessert. Mes parents ont trouvé ce resto vraiment exceptionnel. Nous avons vraiment pu passer du bon temps en famille tout en respectant facillement les contraintes de ma soeur; chose vraiment difficile par moment depuis que l'on sait pour sa santé!
