Both locations were amazing - food is tasty, beer selection is great. Servers are very friendly & helpful with recommendations. We love that it is a short drive from the border for a guaranteed amazing meal.

This microbrew pub has a wide variety of mostly excellent beer, friendly servers, & a passable food menu. The main area of this converted railway station has nicely spaced tables, interesting decor -- the head of Gilbert, the moose, & a Big Ass fan that is mighty big -- & it's not so noisy that you can't converse with your drinking buddies. However, the west end of the pub is another story. With low ceilings & packed tables, it has terrible acoustics. Everyone has to talk loud to be heard, & the result is an ear-splitting cacophony. So, if you're making a reservation, be sure to specify that you want to be seated in the main area of the pub. (& hopefully Siboire management will address the sound problem sometime soon)
Great food, great beer, great place, although a little too noisy for me ;)
The food was delicious. But what I enjoy the most in Siboire is the good beer. I recommend the Belgian beers, which are bitter & woody usually.
Pleasant space, good food, friendly & reasonably attentive staff, good beer. Would have appreciated a ceramic plate instead of basket & paper because the hamburger, altho delicious, had to be eaten with knife & fork.

We really enjoyed the time at Siboire. Staff is very attentive, the beers are special & there is a huge choice. The fish & chips was definitely our favourite food which was served very fast!
