The 9th SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology restaurant-bar is located in the city of Sherbrooke, at the Carrefour de l'Estrie! The restaurant invited its first customers in May 2018 to try the best tartares and cocktails, in the heart of its industrial chic and unparalleled décor.
More than 250 seats are offered, in addition to a huge 44-seat central bar, a private lounge and a 70-seat outdoor terrace.

Pour un soir avec une partie de hockey du Canadien, il y avait beaucoup d'ambiance & les repas ont été servis très rapidement! C'est un de mes coups de coeur à Sherbrooke!
Je suis venu vendredi passé dans cette succursale pour regarder le match des canadiens & ce fut simplement 10/10. Notre serveur Loïc nous a apportez un service tout simplement remarquable, il a été très attentionné & a su répondre à tout nos questions concernant le menus & les boissons. Un énorme merci à lui qui a su rendre notre expérience incroyable:)
Excellent accueil. Mon petit fils avait choisi ce resto pour sa fête & nous avons été très satisfait des soins qu'on a reçu. qualité du service & e=très bonne nourriture.
Belle expérience! Le service & l'ambiance étaient numéro 1 ! La nourriture était bonne, mais la quantité de frite vs la quantité de salade pourrait être à revoi
Tres bon service rapide & courtois. Nous n'avons pas attendu, quand on avait une demande c'était aussitôt rendu. Les serveurs travaillaient en équipe, bravo. Mon burger était tellement beau, c'était monté parfaitement comme si c'était pour une photo!

Je ne suis pas très friant de bavette dû aux mauvaises expériences, mais ici, c'est frais, cuit a oerfection, bien coupé & présenté avec des échalotes vertes. J'ai adoré. Le personnel est adorable & j'adore l'ambiance.
