The 9th SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology restaurant-bar is located in the city of Sherbrooke, at the Carrefour de l'Estrie! The restaurant invited its first customers in May 2018 to try the best tartares and cocktails, in the heart of its industrial chic and unparalleled décor.
More than 250 seats are offered, in addition to a huge 44-seat central bar, a private lounge and a 70-seat outdoor terrace.

Got a $30 beef nachos, drink & a fancy burger with poutine. The nacho chips were very plain & the beef was not seasoned, definitely not worth the $30. Definitely the worst nachos I've ever had. The burger was fine, but spending an additional $4 for just gravy & cheese curds is not worth it. The cocktail was good though.

Lively atmosphere on a weekday. The place was in full blast by mid-evening. Was expecting the food to arrive late but it was not a long wait. Huge list of drinks. Dinner was good. Servers very attentive & gave me an English menu. Had to say the 7th Heaven is my favourite drink from now on!
A bit pricey, but overall a good atmosphere & the drinks are well made. The long-island iced tea is surprisingly good & potent! Great service!
Premiere expérience vendredi soir. Nous y sommes allé tôt car on avait entendu que plus tard, on ne s'entendrait pas parlé. C'était vraiment bien, les portions parfaite. Quelques éléments que nous trouvions assez cher pour ce que c'était. Comme les drinks..... Le tartare était malade!! Les burgers & le steak étaient excellent 🤤

This place is one of my favorite spots to grab a drink in Sherbrooke the staff is always friendly & the manager is great at making you feel welcome! ive never had a bad time here If you get a chance to be served by Fred you're in for a treat she's super friendly really attentive & quick with service id rate it a solid 10! :)
Toujours un plaisir aller à ce bar là. On est toujours extremement bien servie. La bouffe est bonne & les drinks encore mieux, surtout si vous avez la chance d'être servi pas Frédérique, vous êtes set pour la soirée ! Probablement la meilleur serveuse à ce resto, son service est impeccable. Nous sommes aller en groupe & elle nous a tous très bien servit 🙂 Merci!

We went there on a Friday night at half past 10pm & it was not very crowded. There were a few tables unoccupied but were not yet cleaned up. Staff were nice. We had to go to the bar counter twice to order & also once when a waiter went to our table. Great selection of drinks & good mix of sounds.
The food & drinks were very inventive & the atmosphere was very fun. Great service & a fun time for adults as well as our teenager.
Poor services, forgot our food, sat for 20min with no drinks, charged extra drinks on the bill, paid twice cause they had a "bug" with their system & now having trouble getting refund. Very bad experience, hope the Bootlegger find an other place for their comedi night, this place suck
Excellent experience. The food was amazing & delicious. I am still craving this burger as I am typing this review. The drinks were also pretty tasty.
Le tartare de boeuf asiatique est SU-CCU-LENT! Nous avons tous très bien mangé & avons eu un excellent service & ce,, malgré le fait que c'était bondé. Les nombreux drinks originaux & une bonne sélection de bières & vins, en font un bon endroit pour un 5 à 7.
Première expérience pour le souper. Service excellent merci Anthony.. à part le plat trop cuit de mon invité tout était parfait & la situation a été vite réglé.. vos drinks sont délicieux la fraîcheur de la nourriture wow wow Je vais revenir. Excellente musique aussi... menu intéressant
