Great little brewery chain. Fantastic selection of beers & a great food menu, from porkchops & fish-&-chips to a very tasty beef tartare, to cheeese nachos & burgers (including veggie ones). Service was very pleasant & lightning fast. We will be back!

What a way to end the weekend. Siboire Depot was the perfect spot to relax & have a good meal & drink after traveling the majority of the day. The Boomerang went very well with the Fish & Chips. Too bad I was too full to have dessert. I will have to come back for more.

le lieu, indéniablement agréable; les bières excellentes. Les employés sont aussi agréables 😀 & connaissent bien les produits. La cuisine est habituellement excellente, sauf à notre dernière visite pour le fish & chips qui était imbibé d'huile.

Toujours un plaisir de se retrouver au Siboire. Les Fish & Chips sont délicieux. Excellente recommandation de'Maxime' quant aux bières dégustées! Merci Maxime. Oui c'est bruyant, mais c'est ce qui fait l'ambiance de cette place. Mais on peut très bien entretenir une discussion sans crier.

Loud when it's crowded - nice ambience when it's not.
Four of us, four meals ordered 2 good, 2 dreadful. The good: fish & chips, Japanese ribs. The turkey club was a lot of processed turkey stuffed into a bland bun, the deer burger was a meat patty cooked to oblivion & drowned in a nondescript sauce on a bland bun.
Staff is friendly & quick, the amber ale is the best I've ever tasted.
