Very nice place, the staff was excellent & recommended a great beer, superb service. Had the fish & chips, great batter on the fish, decent fries. Daughter had some sort of supreme poutine, quite large & she was impressed. Had the deep fried pickles also, very good. Surprised how full the place was on a Monday night, must be the food quality & service.
Note: You should remove the old menu's from this site, they are not what is being served now or the correct prices.
Great little brewery chain. Fantastic selection of beers & a great food menu, from porkchops & fish-&-chips to a very tasty beef tartare, to cheeese nachos & burgers (including veggie ones). Service was very pleasant & lightning fast. We will be back!
Hands down the best place to enjoy your beer with friends in Sherbrooke. The new blueberry ale is simply fantastic: probably the best beer I've had in my life.
The food is standard pub fare, with a twist. You either like it, or you're somewhat indifferent to it.
Service was extraordinary: the waiter visited us regularly, make sure we lacked nothing, made suggestions for beer pairing our meals, & was generous with his time. He was also quite patient when my wife took forever & a day to select her first beer of the evening.
The atmosphere is very friendly: there happened to be a hockey game on that night, & people openly cheered when their team scored.
Overall, we had a great time & a great little pub, enjoying fantastic Beer & good friend friends. If you're in for the most amazing meal of your life, there may be better places in Sherbrooke. But if what you're looking for is a good pint with friends in a cool, informal setting, you can't beat Siboire in downtown Sherbrooke.
Best spot in sherbrooke for a beer with friends, to watch a hockey game, to sit by the fireplace & read a book or have a study marathon. Plus, their beers are amazing!!
This is THE SPOT in Sherbrooke.
Was driving back to the US from Quebec City & stopped here for lunch - exactly what we could've asked for.
The beer was DELICIOUS. The poutine was amazing. We also had the'tasting' of their fish & chips (basically, all 3 versions that they offer at this time) & it was phenomenal.
If you're visiting from out of town, or just driving through, check this place out.
If you're from Sherbrooke, well, you probably already know then.
