Hands down the best place to enjoy your beer with friends in Sherbrooke. The new blueberry ale is simply fantastic: probably the best beer I've had in my life.
The food is standard pub fare, with a twist. You either like it, or you're somewhat indifferent to it.
Service was extraordinary: the waiter visited us regularly, make sure we lacked nothing, made suggestions for beer pairing our meals, & was generous with his time. He was also quite patient when my wife took forever & a day to select her first beer of the evening.
The atmosphere is very friendly: there happened to be a hockey game on that night, & people openly cheered when their team scored.
Overall, we had a great time & a great little pub, enjoying fantastic Beer & good friend friends. If you're in for the most amazing meal of your life, there may be better places in Sherbrooke. But if what you're looking for is a good pint with friends in a cool, informal setting, you can't beat Siboire in downtown Sherbrooke.
Best spot in sherbrooke for a beer with friends, to watch a hockey game, to sit by the fireplace & read a book or have a study marathon. Plus, their beers are amazing!!
This is THE SPOT in Sherbrooke.
Was driving back to the US from Quebec City & stopped here for lunch - exactly what we could've asked for.
The beer was DELICIOUS. The poutine was amazing. We also had the'tasting' of their fish & chips (basically, all 3 versions that they offer at this time) & it was phenomenal.
If you're visiting from out of town, or just driving through, check this place out.
If you're from Sherbrooke, well, you probably already know then.
The service & the beer were great. The spicy fish abd chips were very bland. Not as spicy as usual.
Siboire Dépôt is the kind of place that makes you wish you lived nearby just so you could drop in all the time. Housed in a beautifully restored old train station, it has an atmosphere that feels both historic & lively. The building itself is worth a visit, with warm lighting, brick walls, & that unmistakable character that only an older structure can offer. It's one of those rare spots where design, history, & good food all come together effortlessly.
The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, & helpful from the moment we walked in. Service was efficient without ever feeling rushed. I appreciated that the noise level was moderate enough to have an actual conversation, which made it perfect for visiting with friends.
I went with the locals' recommendation & ordered the Fish & Chips, opting for the three-fish sampler. It did not disappoint. The fish was fresh, perfectly cooked, & full of flavor. The batter was crisp & light, & the coleslaw on the side added a fresh, balanced touch. My friend had the venison burger, which looked & tasted fantastic. Everything about the meal felt fresh & made with care.
Siboire's beer selection deserves a special mention. They have an impressive range of house brews, & the hazy IPA I tried was excellent: fruity, aromatic, & balanced. It's clear the brewery takes pride in crafting quality beer that pairs well with their food.
The location could not be more convenient, right in the heart of Sherbrooke & within walking distance from my hotel. Whether you are a visitor or a local, it's an easy place to settle into for a relaxed meal & a great pint.
If I lived in Sherbrooke, this would absolutely be my regular go-to spot for good food, good beer, & good company.
Great experience at Siboire Depot. Had the 2 PC's salmon & the 3pcs sampler, & the cod & salmon were my favourite. Went with a flight of beer 6 5oz beers. Food was yummy & the beer tasty.
In the middle of a very hot day we found ourselves out front & decided to give it a shot. Not only were the beer (& wine) options great but the menu was spectacular. I wished I could try more! We had the cheese curds, the deer burger, & the'Club Sandwich' salad & everything was delicious & our waitress (who thankfully spoke English) was fantastic. The ambiance is great fun & the seating options were enough to accommodate most any type of party or preference.
Old train depot converted to a brewery with a cycling theme. Great use of old bicycle frames & rims. A warm & welcoming setting with excellent service & good food. The beer is very good as well, with a great selection of ales & lagers. Check it out!
Cool spot for beer & food! Two locations in Sherbrooke. Both are good options.
Rode into Canada on motorcycle. First time here, had some appetizers & some good beer. Staff was very friendly & spoke good English. ✌
Converted old train station into a brewpub with various types of beers brewed on premise
Really great brewpub with several solid beers on tap, a nice indoor/outdoor space & some solid swag in the gift shop. Service was excellent & the beer was cold. The Czech Pilsner was the perfect choice on a warm day.
Absolutely enjoyed our experience, service was fantastic, I enjoyed a flight of beer (& some to go), my wife a Bloody Caesar. Atmosphere was great, a lot of other people had the nachos (get them) & enjoy. Much appreciated can't wait to visit again, even if just to see that big @$$ fan

Great beer selection & very tasty food in a warm soothing environment. A no brainer, you have to try out this place! You'll love it 😍

I realize 'no meat' is a hard ask. But our dumb laws require a meal so my cheese gravy fries dish was horrible. My friend bet me 50 to finish & it wasn't worth it. I paid, I tipped my regret runneth over. Beer was fine.

Merci pour la belle soirée. Great beer. Great food. The smoked meat pogo was especially good.

I would come again & recommend this establishment to others. Happy to see gluten free beer on the menu. Would like to see a low hops option as well. The G&T was served in a tumbler when it should be served in a highball glass.
