Je comprends que les cocktails ne sont pas le concept principal, mais ça vaudrait la peine d'offrir une petite formation aux barmaids. Malheureusement, chaque fois que j'en ai pris, j'ai été déçue, & plusieurs de mes amis ont eu la même expérience.

Les employés étaient super gentil & de bonne humeur. L'ambiance du Siboire Dépôt était festive. Puisque le service de notre repas était long, Le Siboire nous a offert en dégustation la Boisson d'Avril à la fambroise pour excuser le délai. Merci de cette attention! Nous avons passé une très belle soirée entre collègue.
