Justin & Raph sont des GOAT 🐐🔥 Service plus que parfait, toujours de bonne humeur, on peut pas demander mieux! La bouffe est excellente, la bière est bonne, pis avec un service comme ça, ça donne juste le goût de revenir c sur!

Highly recommend the fish & chips sampler! It surpassed my expectations & I loved it!! The batter has something different in it & if I wasn't full I would order more😆 Our waitress was fantastic!
Dogs are allowed on the back outdoor seating area.
Menu is in French. Using Latin skills & Google translate it was super easy to translate.

C'est ici que la microbrasserie Siboire a vu le jour à Sherbrooke! La mythique microbrasserie vaut pleinement le détour! Magnifique décor, un vaste choix de bières & autres breuvages, un carte de repas intéressante & un personnel courtois, sympathique & très professionnel. Endroit très propre & très bien situé dans le centre-ville. Un incontournable à Sherbrooke. Merci encore pour l'excellent service.

Je suis contente de voir les autres avis sur hier soir. Le gérant… arrogant, en besoin de démontrer sont autorité & clairement en état de consommation. Nous sommes client régulier & nous ne remettrons pas les pieds dans cet établissement! GROS manque de professionnalisme

Le service à la clientèle était vraiment décevant. J'ai trouvé le ton du personnel irrespectueux envers les clients. Le gérant/superviseur en poste ne m'a pas semblé bien gérer la situation
